Great place! Everything was as advertised and really nice. Easy check in process, really nice property. Sand volleyball court was a lot of fun. Great dock to hang out on. By far best place we have stayed at in LOTO.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home! It was the perfect setup for multiple families, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still having great common areas to gather together. The dock along with the 2nd floor bar area, was a highlight of our trip and made it easy to enjoy the lake throughout our stay..Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would happily book it again for a future trip.

Great for a get away with friends. You don’t even have to leave the property to have a good time. Communication and check was made very easy with the host. Best VRBO experience I’ve had.

We have designed the house for every age to enjoy with extra amenities such as the ping pong table, pool table, dart board, pop a shot, and the only residential volleyball court at the lake, just to name a few! Spring getaway

The bedrooms and bathrooms were well situated for privacy. Kitchen had everything needed. Middle floor family area was a hit! Bar area, pool table, darts, 2 large TVs! 3 decks and large dock made it easy to enjoy the outdoors. Would definitely book again!

This our fourth or fifth July that we've stayed at this home. It's PERFECT for our large family with adult children. We all have our own space, and yet plenty of big spaces to gather a large group (top and middle floors) and huge dock. We love many things including CALM no wake cove, BIG dock with covered slip to tie up our boat, UPPER END furnishings and decor, TOP CONDITION and refreshed furnishings, GREAT LOCATION on lake (17 MM) and also via land - easy access to Osage Beach Strip. Owners are easy to work with and very responsive. It's a winner on all fronts for our family. We'll book again.
