Spacious 5-bedroom chalet ski in ski out - sauna and seasonal pool 12 p Morillon

We hope that you will love staying in our new family chalet (185m2) as much as we do. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it is perfect to host up to 3 families or a large group of friends (up to 14) who want to enjoy winter sports or summer outdoor activities. A free ski bus which stops at the bottom of the garden will take you to the Grand Massif ski area in a few minutes. Warm up in the sauna and next to the fireplace after a day of skiing or dive into the heated pool in the summer!

Our family chalet is ideally located 10 minutes walk (650m) from the Morillon cable cars or a few minutes by free shuttle (stop in front of the chalet) from the new Vercland cable cars.

We wanted it to be contemporary in style while being warm with wood on the walls and an ethanol fireplace.

It is on 3 levels.

On the ground floor you will find:

- a large entrance with a bench and large cupboards that will allow you to store your ski clothes and ski boots
- a sauna (multicoloured LED lights with a remote control)
- a double bedroom (queen-size bed) with cupboard
- a TV lounge with sofa
- a large bathroom with toilet and laundry room (washing machine and dryer)

A staircase leads to the 1st floor. You arrive in a large open living room composed of a lounge with a large sofa and armchairs to peacefully enjoy the ethanol fireplace. A balcony allows you to enjoy the views of all the peaks, especially the Criou and the Bourgeoise. You then go into the dining room which can accommodate up to 12 people then into the fully equipped open kitchen with an island with 4 bar stools. From the dining room you have access to a large, very sunny wooden terrace.
A separate toilet as well as a large shower room and a double bedroom (queen-size bed) with closet and chest of drawers are also on the 1st floor.

A beautiful black steel staircase leads to the 2nd floor where you will find a double bedroom (queen-size bed) with adjoining shower room and WC, a large bathroom with WC as well as a bedroom with a bunk bed and two single beds and another with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make a queen-size bed.

The exterior is being developed but will be completed for spring 2025. The 8m x 3.70m swimming pool (1.5m deep) is heated from mid-June to mid-September.

Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
