We loved this property. So did our guests and dog! The location was great and we loved catching the tram so close by to go the other end of the boardwalk.

We highly regard this property as it was ideal and located in close proximity to the beach. I would strongly recommend it. The property is notably spacious and the customer service provided was both excellent and personable. We will be booking again thank you.

Great Family Vacation

This property was in a great location, with an ocean view! The layout of the condo was perfect for families. The host was responsive and sent someone to come and clean the floors. Easy check in process. The place could have been cleaned better prior to us checking in but overall we are happy with our stay!

The Monarch was a very well maintained condo facility. The owners we met were very friendly. The unit we rented was just right for the family.

Absolutely beautiful property. Owners could be nicer about the separate owners pool. Property ice dispenser in fridge didn’t work, or one bedroom ceiling fan and we couldn’t get the sliding glass doors to lock. The kitchen trash cans should be upgraded with lids that stay on and trash bags that actually fit the cans (small bags for can size). Otherwise it was perfect for our family!!!
