Our favorite place!

We have stayed at this property twice and will be back again next year. The location is perfect for families. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, playground, splash pad and bike rental. Not too far from the boardwalk but far enough to be away from all the noise! Diane is amazing to work with. She is always so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we have during our stay.

Beautiful & comfortable

We had a family wedding in Cape May and wanted to stay either in nearby Wildwood Crest or Cape May. We are so happy we chose to stay at this beautiful and comfortable condo. The location was convenient and had gorgeous views of the ocean from the large balcony and although it was March we enjoyed it and know that it would be even more spectacular during the Summer months. On the day of the wedding, the weather was not so good, rainy and snowy but the parking area beneath the building was wonderful and kept our cars dry and clean and we were formally dressed and we appreciated it. The comfort of this condo was wonderful. I slept on the king bed in the master and the comfort level was a 10/10. Everyone said they had a great night sleep (clean and comfortable). The condo is huge and we all had more than enough room. It had everything we needed, complete high-end furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and more. I recommend this 3-bedroom vacation condo for large families who enjoy having a large capacity, luxury and a great location (beachfront building). Thank you Diane for having us!

This was our 2nd time renting Diane’s condo. and as expected was fabulous. The condo is exactly as described in the listing.. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. Weekend getaway!

This property is very nice and had plenty of room for my family of 5. Well decorated and stocked with many amenitites. The walk to the beach was quick and easy for the kids. The beach was very clean and safe. I would definitely stay at Palm Beach Villas again.

This is our second time staying here. The condo is very spacious for 6 adults. It had everything we needed, esp beach chairs and beach cart. It even had a regular and Keurig coffee maker. Diane's vacation condo is truly amazing. It was absolutely spotless. The kitchen is big and open and fully stocked. Having a half bath was wonderful with 7 people. The full baths were big and very clean... The pictures on VRBO do not do this place justice.... we were pleasantly surprised when we entered seeing that there were lots of changes that Diane had made to make it more beautiful.

Exactly as advertised!

All the reviews are on point and I’ll cover only what others may not have. We visited in April so the town was quiet which was what we were looking for. First Diane was incredibly responsive pre, during and post visit! The Condo was only 2 mins walk to the beach & multiple parks. Love that the parking spots were under the building and even had a outdoor socket for our EV. The building elevator code made the building feel very secure/safe and the apartment had a keyless entry which was so convenient! The kitchen was fully stocked including some spices/k-cups left behind by previous guests. We used A-to-Zebra (recommended by Diane) for linens, towels and crib/toddler bed which they delivered and made the beds especially for this condo - SO convenient!! Loved that the bedrooms are tucked away from the main living area, so the kids weren’t disturbed at night while the adults were awake. The main living area is spacious and south-facing so it was bright all day long. The bedrooms face the hallway so they are nice and dark, which we appreciated on sunny mornings when we wanted to sleep in! The condo’s storage locker had a beach cart and chairs which saved us a ton of car space. Can’t wait to return ... this property is already saved as a favorite!

I stayed here for a week with family. The property was exactly as described; clean, cable TVs, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, laundry, etc. We had a fantastic time. We would come here again. The pool was open and we were there almost every day. The pool and the bathroom next to it were both clean and well maintained. There were enough chairs, umbrellas, and tables at the pool - even on the most crowded day (Friday). We used the beach cart from the included storage unit to to lug our chairs to the beach. We used the included Keurig for coffee and pots/pans to make a few dinners. Tips: - Be prepared for a small parking lot and a big rush at the realtor for check-in if arriving on a Saturday in the summer. - Don't forget to bring your sheets and towels - Quiet hours are 10 to 10 and the walls/floors are thin so you will hear your neighbors above you walking around. (I didn't have any trouble sleeping though). - Use the stairs near the pool for the quickest access to/from the unit (besides move in/out day when you'll probably need the elevator)

Great location at Crest

We had 6 adults in our group and plenty of room for all of us in the main living area/kitchen. Unit had everything we needed for the week. It is very well kept, and has 2 large bathrooms and decent size 1/2 bath. The master bedroom was quite big. Second and 3rd bedrooms were a little smaller but ok for our group . We brought our own sheets and towels so we wouldn't have to bother with washing the unit's items before we left in the morning. Plenty of plates, cups, and utensils so we didn't need to run dishwasher every day. Condo is close to beach and had chairs and umbrella for us to use. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home close to the beach!

We stayed for a family vacation during the Firemen’s Convention. The location was great. One short block to the beach (crossing a very quiet street). The pool area was so clean and well kept. The house itself was very spacious and well kept. The balcony was a nice size and had very comfortable seating outside. The elevator service was a nice plus for loading and unloading our stuff. The building was very secure and felt comfortable and safe. The beds were so comfortable which was great after a long day. The extra half bath was a nice bonus. No one had to wait to use the bathroom if needed. An all around great place and wonderful location.

We had a great time in this condo! It’s spacious, clean, and has everything you need at home. We cooked several meals and it was nice to have everything right there. Why they chose this property

It always comes down to location, location, location and this building has that and more. You are in the 'heart' of Wildwood Crest here, across the street from Centennial Park with a walking path (five laps is a mile!) and the Crest Concert Pavilion. There are free concerts during the week and on the weekends all summer long. You can walk across the street and join the crowds on the lawn, or you can ride the elevator to the roof and enjoy your concert from the roof top deck of our building. There's nothing quite like this resort experience! Watch the concert, enjoy the ocean views, watch the sun set over the bay, and enjoy the neon lights up and down 'the strip' - Ocean Ave. It's so beautiful here!
