Never got to stay

At first the property manager was very responsive but when we realized no entry codes were given, we didn’t hear back for over 24 hours. We called, texted, and messaged and VRBO did as well. We had informed him when we would be in, so it was not due to him not being aware when we were to be at the property. We had to find different accommodations at 11pm the day of check in since we could not access the property. We did not hear from the property manager until the next evening. Thankfully VRBO helped us find a hotel in San Juan, otherwise I am not sure what we would have done.

Left Stranded

I was never given the entrance information. I still went to the property, wishful, hoping that their was someone on site that could let me in. Vrbo attempted to get in touch with the owner as well. Thankfully Vrbo was able to find accomidations for one night of my 4 night stay, almost 1 hr away, causing additional travel expenses.Just to be clear, before.my flight left at 730 am I contacted the owner and was told I would get the entrance information at 3pm. I sent another message when I landed and thats when all communication stopped. The owner sent a message the next morning just to say my apologies... Nothing more, mothing less and I still had to find somewhere else to stay after the one night from Vrbo.
