Great location on the beach!

Perfect spot on Anna Maria Island! Beautiful beach in front. Easy to get anywhere on the island as it’s centrally located.

Coloradans o n the beach

After 6 days with family, I knew my teen & tween would need a break. Having freedom to get to-and-from the beach as we wanted, without losing keys, was great. Having YouTube for the kiddos was great, & I appreciated the closeness to Publix & Walgreens & Alvin’s Island for all food/beach needs. A great get away after getting away.

This is a beautiful location. The unit was clean and comfortable. Minor glitches with the door lock. We had a great time. We’ll definitely return.

Lack of parking

Fantastic condo, you could not ask for more, except parking. There only one spot per condo. There are two “ guest” spots but don’t count on them ever being available. We had three cars and literally spend the entire weekend checking on our cars to make sure they were not towed. Would we go back ? Absolutely, just plan accordingly.

Beautiful ocean front property

Great stay

Great little condo steps from the beach. Great view from the balcony of the beach, water and sunsets. Beds were comfortabe, plenty of seating in the living room and at the big dining room table. Only 1 mile to Publix grocery store as well as several other shops, pharmacy and small restaurants in 2 adjacent strip malls (north). Short walk/drive to other restaurants south as well.

Loved all the updates. New sofa and chairs. New beds. Just beautiful. One thought. New outside table. The legs fall off and it’s broken. Other than that. Just Perfect!

Beautiful - better than expected.

This place was beautiful!!! The View beach and water amazing - we made a friend with Manny the Manatee - only complaint - was we could not figure out how to open the door to the condo - finally a neighbor came over and told us we had to push really hard - then we got in....That was frustrating -but truly it was everything and more than we expected. I will go back...in fact I will be planning a trip back soon.

This was our third time to rent this condo. We keep adding days each year! Great location right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops, Condo is always clean and ready for us!

apt was pretty, beautiful view, loved the weather, queen bed slept great. Now the bad. The floor in the whole apt very fine sandy feel. Not enough lamps by the beds or sofa. Also sofa sucks, no support.

Nice place. Unexpected outcome.

Property was beautiful and clean. Loved having direct access to the beach and being able to watch sunset. However, we had an unexpected family emergency across the state in Daytona Beach, so we ended up only spending two nights here out of our four-day planned vacation and did not get to enjoy the beach during the day at all. Only suggestion to owner would be to let guests know in advance that they will have to supply their own toilet paper (only 3/4 of a roll provided for us), washclothes (none), salt, sugar (they had only sugar substitutes), possibly hand soap (only a little left in bathroom). None of these are deal breakers, but would've like to have known beforehand. We stopped at the grocery store before checking in, but had to go back - at least, for toilet paper. For the price and location, was nice overall. Just wish we could've enjoyed it more.
