Smelled bad upon entry. Like food. Felt like the listing hid the fact that this place is on a busy road with lots of traffic and that there is a place directly above it. So it’s two units in one. And the whole place could use a coat of paint and deep clean/reorg.

We went to the nearby Philadelphia Folk Festival. The house was convienently located nearby. The house was great. Very clean with two (2) BR's. It was hot outside and the AC worked fine in the house. We met with the house owner, Star, and she was very gracious. Overall we were very happy with the house and our stay.

Great property not too far from Philadelphia. We stayed with 4 adults and slept comfortably. This is a shared rental with an upstairs that may have other renters. We had a slight issue with parking by the other renters but the host was quick to answer and the problem was solved without any issues. Parking was more than adequate for three vehicles. We didn’t hear anyone and weren’t bothered by the other renters. Beds were very soft and comfy. The place was very clean. Nice shower. It has a dishwasher too. It was over 100* outside but the house stayed cool the whole time. The WiFi was easy to access. It has a nice backyard with small portable fire pit and some chairs and lots of shade with privacy. It has everything we needed for a great stay. Would stay here again.
