This pleasant retreat features 2 bedrooms with a king and queen beds, a tub, 2 bathrooms with shower amenities, and an additional living room space with a queen sofa bed. Remodeled in 2024, it is a light and bright unit on the 3rd floor with high ceilings, complex has an elevator and 2 designated underground parking spaces. Enjoy the serene atmosphere and modern comforts like AC, WiFi, 3 televisions with DirecTV, all new appliances and a full size washer and dryer in the unit. Full access to AC/heater all new windows and doors. Well stocked with beach towels, Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas, towels, sheets and all of your kitchen needs. Electronic key pad for easy access. We look forward to hosting you!

The location is very convenient as it is a short walk to Main Street, the beach, restaurants and the pier. The view of the beach was exactly as expected. The unit was very well stocked and had everything we needed for a two-month stay.

We have been coming to HB for 8 years to enjoy the beautiful surf and sand. We have recently remodeled the unit to make it new and inviting. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This unit has the benefit of a fantastic view, reserved underground parking, across the street to the beach, and full heat and AC! We have a children’s playground across the street on the beach, a bike path, lots of restaurants you can walk to. We just a few blocks to downtown, and we are literally a stones throw from the beach. There’s a weekly farmers market on Main Street just a few blocks away every Tuesday. Theres a lot to enjoy in the area!

Great surfing and people watching! There’s always something going on in Huntington Beach! Concerts, Surf competitions, shopping and more.

What makes this property unique

The property was remodeled in the spring of 2024. Everything is brand new including all the furniture, windows and doors. There’s full heat and AC access and it is literally just across the street from the beach. The unit has beautiful ocean views and it’s an end unit located on the top floor. Plus the complex has designated parking below and an elevator to make access easy!

You can work at the desk in the second bedroom while you enjoy the spectacular beach and sunset views!

There’s a playground for kids right across the street and an easy access. The jacuzzi allows you to relax and enjoy the view all at the same time.

The kitchen is well stocked with all the conveniences of home. We use this property and wanted it to be our home away from home.
