Sunset Cove is the perfect place to throw in a fishing line, take a swim, kayak, go boating, or explore the Eastern Shore of Alabama!

About Sunset Cove
Sunset Cove is “River Life at its Finest”! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath home is the place to be if you are interested in boating, kayaking, or just relaxing on the river. Experience fun-filled days and nights at Sunset Cove!
Outside, there is a large screened-in porch with a swing, comfortable seating, and a table for outdoor meals and bistro lighting. Enjoy grilling the catch of the day and the views of the water and beautiful oak trees.
Guests will enter Sunset Cove through the spacious screened-in porch. On the first floor is an upscale and fully equipped kitchen with a large walk-in pantry. The laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer, laundry sink, and storage. The dining room will seat 6 guests, and there is also outdoor dining on the screened-in porch. The open living area features a mounted TV, comfortable seating, water views, and a half bathroom.
There is an office with desk space for 2 and porch access. The master bedroom offers water views, a queen bed, a sofa sleeper, a TV, and a private bathroom. The private master bathroom comes with a double vanity, a large tile walk-in shower with bench seating, and double shower heads.
Take the wooden stairs up to the 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. Bedroom 2 sleeps 2 guests in a queen bed, has water views, and has an attached bathroom that is also accessible from the hall. Bedroom 3 sleeps 2 guests in 2 twin beds and has a built-in desk and water views. The shared upstairs bathroom features a walk-in tile shower.
**Special features of Sunset Cove are a private pier with a swim ladder, a waterfront location, an outdoor shower, and a shared ramp for kayaks and canoes ONLY (Bring your own). There are sandbars to the north and south of the home to take your boat and relax, and a few restaurants accessible by water.
**Please note that there are no marine gas stations on the water, so be prepared to bring gas to fill your boat up**

About Fish River and the surrounding areas
Fish River is a coastal river with nine miles of navigable water that lies primarily between County Road 32 to the north and U.S. Highway 98 to the south. Fish River is a major drainage of Weeks Bay, an estuarine embayment that ultimately drains into Mobile Bay. There are two access ramps available to accommodate anglers and boaters. One is located at the mouth of Fish River below the U.S. Highway 98 bridge, and the other is approximately 5 miles upstream off Honey Road and County Road 9. Guests can stop by Big Daddy’s Restaurant, located on the river.
The famous Grand Hotel in Point Clear is a short drive from the home, and downtown Fairhope is approximately 30 minutes away. The Alabama beach towns of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are also a short drive away!
Hidden Cove
Welcome to Hidden Cove, located on the peaceful Fish River in a residential neighborhood. This 2-story home will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and has 2.5 bathrooms. Hidden Cove is a direct waterfront home on Fish River, complete with a swimming pier, private pier, and a boat lift. Hidden Cove is the perfect place to throw in a fishing line, take a swim, kayak, go boating, or explore the Eastern Shore of Alabama!
About Hidden Cove
Imagine fun-filled days on the river swimming, fishing, zip-lining, and bird-watching. Relaxing on the pier undercover as you sit on the swing with your favorite beverage and take it all in! Hidden Cove is calling your name!
Inside Hidden Cove on the first floor, guests will find a spacious kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless appliances and an induction stove (special pots and pans provided). The breakfast nook will seat 4 guests, and there is additional seating at the bar. The dining room has seating for up to 6 guests, and there are water views from all dining areas. Access to the screened porch is off the dining room, complete with an outdoor dining table and amazing water views.
The living area features comfortable seating, a TV, and access to the covered porch with furniture and bistro lighting.
The laundry room, master bedroom, bath, 3 bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms can also be found on the first floor. The master bedroom features a king bed, a TV, a large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The private master bath boasts a double vanity, tub, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 sleeps 2 guests in a queen bed and is attached to the half bathroom that has a hall entrance. Bedroom 3 will sleep 2 in 2 twin beds, and Bedroom 4 sleeps 2 in a queen bed. There is a shared hall bathroom for all guests with a tub/shower combo.
Take the spiral stairs up to the second floor, which has a large open second living area with a TV and a foosball table. Bedroom 5 is also on the second floor with 2 twin beds, and there is a sink for washing up at the end of the day.
**Special features of Hidden Cove include a private pier with a covered area and swing, a swim ladder off of the swim pier, a boat lift, a large yard, a basketball goal near the garage, and a zip line.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy.
