Unruly neighbors

The unit above ours was occupied by young teenagers who kept us well into the early morning on Saturday and Sunday night the policy had to come because they were shooting pellets at people off the, deck around 1:30 Am. This unit is also a VRBO. I can’t say for sure if it was rented under a VRBO lease

The unit above was rented through an agency that does not carefully screen its rental clientele (as we do). This is so important! Any listing where you can "instant book" is suspect. It's best to message with an owner/agent prior to putting any sort of payment method into this VRBO booking system to know the screening process. THE UNIT ABOVE THIS ONE WILL NO LONGER BE A RENTAL (as of September 2022). I spoke to that owner myself and she tells me that she is keeping it for her own private summer home from here on out. You can feel safe to stay here. We rent to related families only, not to unrelated groups at all, but especially never to an "under 25" group. Diane Herman, Realtor
