This house is pet friendly, with a one time additional fee of $150. Maximum of 2 pets, dogs are the only pets permitted. Approved pets are not allowed on furniture (including beds and sofas) or in hot tubs at any time. Pets that are left unattended must be crated. Any damages will be charged to the card on file. Owners must clean up after their pet and dispose of all waste. No food or water is to be left outside; this will attract unwanted wildlife. Pet must be potty trained.
