Great base for medical visits to Modesto

I stayed for several weeks while on treatment in the nearby medical center.This unit was perfect for what I needed: a small, affordable, quiet corner to call my own, from which I could easily walk to the medical center every day. I was able to use the Internet connection to work from home for the stay, which should give you an impression of the telecom quality.The unit is within walking distance to McHenry Ave, where almost all stores you may need in Modesto are located. I also liked that the property is secluded from the street. There is ample street parking so if you need to come and go with a car, that's very easy to do. The unit is clean, the equipment is what you see in the photos, which for me was just right. The bed is comfortable, which is also a plus.

Cozy, Convenient, Clean, Quiet

A terrific stay!Everything is just as described in the listing, only better. It's new, super-clean, very convenient with car or by very good public transportation, quiet (remember, Modesto is a small city), and we felt quite secure and nicely tucked back from the street. Great spot to work from remotely, write, or visit. Ranesh was welcoming, understanding, and immediately responsive to a minor problem that cropped up early in our stay, solving it very quickly. Take his advice regarding parking - start with the ample room on the street, and transition to the more private spot later on in your stay, if you like. We've stayed many places through similar arrangements, and we put his honesty, integrity, and quality of communication in writing, by phone/text, and in person, at the top. Great location to see world-class National and State Parks, Mountains, Coasts, Cities within 1-3 hours, affordably! 4 international airports 90 minutes by car; Oakland by BART Greyhound (clean and easy ride). If you're in Modesto on a Saturday morning, check out the downtown Farmer's Market; and for coffee, don't miss Queen Bean!
