Take it easy at this unique & tranquil getaway in the middle of wine country! Feel worlds away but just minutes to world-class wineries, restaurants, & shopping. Enjoy your own private pool, spa & game room.
The large private property is perfect for your family getaway, couples retreat, or those looking for their own slice of heaven with thoughtful amenities. You'll want to come back year after year!
Separate 1/1 guest house not included in price but available upon request at time of booking.
THE SPACE
- This is a COUNTRY property but close to city amenities, guests will enjoy the best of both worlds; privacy, serenity, and all the city of Santa Rosa has to offer nearby.
- The home is on a large private property and is behind a private gate with coded access, down a private road with deeded access. We ask our guests to please drive slowly once entering the gate as they will need to drive through the neighbor’s adjoining property. NO walking on or recreating on this road is allowed. We do not own this road and it is considered trespassing and may result in the guests being asked to leave without a refund.
- Relax by the gorgeous pool, take a soak in the hot tub, and soak up the sun on the expansive deck while listening to the year-round babbling creek below. In the evening cuddle up on the couch in front of the electric fireplace and watch the colorful flames dance. Watch a movie on the oversized smart TV. Or Star Gaze just outside on the deck in a place that feels worlds away from the city lights and enjoys all that nature has to offer. You will want to come back and enjoy the beautiful, quiet serenity year after year.
- Because this is a COUNTRY property There is abundant wildlife on the property. Children and pets MUST be monitored at all times without exception.
- There are standard Ring cameras positioned to monitor the exits, such as the driveway, front door, and backyard for safety purposes. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
- The property is Just 15 minutes to Montgomery Village. Calistoga is 15-20 minutes away and Sonoma Valley is also 15-20 minutes away.
- This is NOT a party house!
GUEST ACCESS
- Guests are able to book the entire property. No other parties will be staying at the property. Guests will have total privacy.
- Online posted price is for the 2 bed, main home with private pool & spa, and game room, referred to as the "Wine Country Retreat".
- The 1 bed, 1 full bath detached guest house is available upon request at booking for an additional daily fee. Please inquire if your group would like to book the additional bonus space.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- The private road is ONLY to be used for entering and exiting the property by automobile. Absolutely NO walking or recreating on the private road. The road is strictly used to enter and exit the property by vehicle. Guests may only use the road by vehicle to enter and exit the property. Guests may be asked to leave immediately without a refund if they access this road on foot or to recreated.
- The County of Sonoma mandates strictly enforced daily quiet hours for all vacation rental properties of 9pm-8am daily. If we receive complaints during this time you may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
- Guests may not enter surrounding neighbors properties. Guests may be asked to leave with out a refund if they are discovered to have trespassed on surrounding properties.
- Max of 4 overnight guests
- Access is through a deeded private gate and private road through the adjoining neighbor's property. Guests MUST drive through slowly when entering and exiting.
- Guest MUST maintain control of their pets at all times and may NOT access surrounding properties.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool.
- Pool is solar heated. Solar is typically on from late April through early October annually. Temperature will depend on the daily average temperature on any given day.
- Abundant wildlife calls the property home. Including but not limited to, deer, turkey, snake (including rattlesnake), fox, and peacock. Guests must be aware of their surroundings at all times. Children and pets must be under responsible adult supervision at all times
- Washer and dryer available upon request. We ask for no more than one laundry load per week as the home is on a septic system and overuse could cause a backup. The dryer can be used as needed, please check the lint trap for safety.
- A Peacock subscription that includes live TV is available.
- The game room includes a shuffle board, poker table, pool table, and oversized TV.
- This is NOT a party house!
- Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate cats due to a severe allergy of immediate family members.

Occasional issues can arise with things like Wi-Fi, spa, pool, appliances, or other amenities — especially due to weather, utility outages, or mechanical failure.
Acts of nature (like storms, power outages, or earthquakes) are outside of our control.
While we strive to communicate and respond quickly, some interruptions can’t be predicted or immediately resolved.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected disruptions not directly caused by the host.
- Acknowledgement & Liability. By booking the use of the home and property guests use at their own risk and agree to comply with all posted rules and assume all risk of injury, illness, damage, lost items, or interruptions to amenities or services during their stay.
Failure to follow the rules may result in immediate eviction without refund and/or additional cleaning or repair charges.

✔️ The County of Sonoma mandates NO amplified sound outdoors for all vacation rentals
✔️ Pet policy 2 dogs maximum and must be disclosed at time of reservation. A pet fee of $99 is applicable. Pets must be under control at all times and may not enter neighboring properties
✔️ NO running around the pool. It’s easy for kids and adults to slip and injure themselves
✔️ PLEASE supervise any and all children. Young children MUST always be monitored by an adult
✔️ Children of any age who are not poty trained must wear swim-proof diapers while using the pool or hot tub. If there is an accident in the pool that causes the pool to need to be drained or if an extra expense is needed to correct the pool's chemistry due to an accident, the bill for said accident will be charged to that guest
✔️ NO animals in the pool
✔️ NO glass around the pool area (Note: The kitchen is stocked with plasticware for outdoor use)
✔️Pool towels are provided and located in the family room in the oversized basket
