About this property

This is not a cabin but a very comfortable home that will accommodate six. While not ocean front, it is located on the Bayshore spit and is about 200 yards from the beach and 100 yards from the Alsea Bay. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay at the Coast. The only thing you need to provide is your food, paper products and soaps. The house is WiFi equipped with high speed internet and expanded HD cable.

Spring Break

The location of this property worked great for our family. We were close to so many things to do, Aquarium, shopping, three light houses, sea lion caves, we were able to see a lot in just a few days! The walk to the beach from the house only took a few minutes and most days we had the beach all to our selves. We walked around the beach next to the river every day and got to watch sea lions playing in the river and fisherman pulling up crab pots. The house worked great for preparing our meals, playing games, and watching movies. We were all very comfortable.

Thanksgiving memories

This house was perfect--roomy, comfortable, and decorated in a relaxing nautical theme. We all loved the feeling and hominess of the Crabbin' Cabin. We all went home with beautiful memories!

Weekend with my boys

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I went to the coast with my two adult sons. We stayed at the crabbin cabin for four nights. The house was perfect for us, spacious, clean, and relaxing. The kitchen is wonderful with all of the equipment you could need. The large soaker tub was awesome to relax in after a busy day. We will definitely rent it again.
