My brother and I stayed at this property for a week in late July 2026, so the rate we paid was a very good deal. We enjoyed the pristine seemingly new apartment interior with two bedrooms and two baths, a clean basic kitchen, and a living room area with a Roku TV set up. There is a separate parking area for one car, which was always available to us. Our host Whitney was very responsive - the VRBO app was very difficult to use for communication (it couldn't find my account), but the host was paying close attention and we were able to communicate via other means. It would be good to have some basic instructions on how to use the Google thermostat, we were able to be comfortable after some trial and error. I would definitely recommend this apartment to other customers.

The perfect home base for us while we settled our student in for the school year. Close to everything, quiet neighborhood, cozy house with everything we needed. Very friendly hosts, highly communicative and accommodating. Would stay again if available!
