2. Leave all used towels and bedding on the floor in the kitchen. 3. Please take all the trash to the garbage can (black lid) and place on the curb. Container located to the left side of the house.
8. All remotes should be left near the tv's in each room ($75 per remote). 9. Please leave the property neat and orderly to avoid ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES. Please have a safe trip back home!!! Thanks!

This is the cutest house that's extremely nice inside. The location was perfect for our trip. We slept better than we would have in a hotel. It's very conveniently located. We will definitely re-book if its available!

Great birthday weekend

We had a great stay here. The house is super cute, feels very comfortable like being at home. Overall it was perfect. The neighborhood will bother some people butbthe house had great access to everything.

Weekend in Louisville

Great little spot for a weekend away. Host was very quick to respond. The only downside was the area surrounding was not the nicest (a few houses on the street were boarded up).

Very cute and clean inside. Comfortable beds. It isn't the best neighborhood, but we didn't feel at risk at all. Just locked the car doors. I only choose places with bath tubs and this one had a broken stopper so that was disappointing. There is NO spices or oil, not even salt. I've never been to a place that didn't have that. Clean up instructions say not to leave any open foods so we didn't for fear of an extra cleaning fee (as implied in the checkout instructions) but she probably would have thrown it out anyway. No laundry soap either. Also no bakeware or anything you could use in the oven. I had to buy some disposable aluminum ones. A cookie sheet and a 9x13 pan would be a great addition.
