The place was filthy, tiles lifting on kitchen floor, son-in-law cut foot, No ice machine, although 2 on location neither worked. Wanted to cook on gas grill it was full of grease and food, we couldn't use it. We found an electric skillet instead but 1st had to scrub it, filthy. many gadgets, frying pans, needed scrubbing. I took my own cookie sheets, so happy I did. Again, filthy. Loft was full of sand on the floor. Ceiling fans looked like they were never cleaned. Pictures must have been taken 10 years ago. Bedrooms were fine.

Thank you for again providing your feedback Shelia. The piece of tile that was lifting on the kitchen floor was from a leak created after the nor' easter that came thorugh on the heels of your arrival. This was quickly repaired after your stay. We are saddened that none of these items were reported upon arrival or during your stay. The home was cleaned just prior to your arrival. We've had the same cleaner in that home all Summer and she has done a fantastic job. We would've been happy to address any issues upon check in. We also have outdoor inspectors that wipe down outdoor furniture, check on the pools, pool area and clean grills. I am so sorry if they missed the grill. I know it was a rough weather week as well.
