Located in the charming town of Union Pier awaits your getaway from the everyday! This newly updated cottage is tucked away in the woods but also has deeded Lake Michigan beach access just a minute drive from house (one car parking pass for beach).

Lots of space both inside and out in this gorgeous rental. Kick back and have your morning coffee on your screened in porch and listen to the sounds of nature or warm your toes by the fireplace.

Main floor has a bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom. Second floor equipped with two bedrooms, one queen, and two twins. Upstairs full bathroom in hallway.

This three bedroom, two and a half bath home has all the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including internet, Amazon fire stick, deeded beach access, gas grill, screened in porch, washer/dryer, AC, outdoor firepit, outdoor shower and more.

**All Guests required to sign our Guest Occupancy Agreement as well. Maximum three car parking.

**Minimum age of 25 years old to rent.

First Visit to Lake Michigan

This is a beautifully maintained home, well located for visiting State Parks and the lake. Wooded property great for travel with our dog. Kitchen wonderful for cooking.

Our Michigan Spring getaway

The house was gorgeous and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a perfect few days away to relax and spend time with our daughter. We even had 4 legged visitors-deer! Thanks for sharing your home with our family.

Forest Getaway!

We loved this home. We had two couples vacationing together. It was the perfect location. Private beach access was amazing. Great outdoor space for cooking and visiting. The covered porch was a must for us. The master bath was so luxurious. The only improvement that could be made is a softer bed upstairs for the second couple. But if you like extra firm mattresses, then the upstairs room will be great for you! 10/10. We will be returning to this home!! :)

Cozy Getaway in the Woods

We came to this cottage to celebrate my good friends bachelorette party. She wanted a relaxing weekend in the woods sprinkled with time at the beach and the wineries - and that's exactly what we did. This home was a perfect home base for us! There were 6 of us and we had more than enough space. The kitchen had everything you would need to make your own meals. We really loved the location in the woods - we could see the neighbors but never heard them. We also really loved the screened in porch. All the furniture was super comfy and it was a great place to play games and unwind at the end of the day. We would definitely come back!

Peaceful and Relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Union Pier. We were welcomed by a bright and clean house. The kitchen was well equipped with quality appliances, cookware and utensils. The bedrooms were roomy with comfortable beds. The master bathroom was spacious. Lots of windows provided beautiful views of the property which was surrounded by trees and very peaceful. We spent hours on the screened in porch reading, napping and playing games. The beach was a very short drive. Plenty of room at the beach - it was busy but not crowded. We enjoyed local wineries, kayaking and visit to New Buffalo to check out the town and watch the sunset. We plan to come back again!

Wooded get-away

This is a very nice home in a great location right off Red Arrow Highway in Union Pier. It was great having a large, updated kitchen since we cooked most evenings. However, a few more kitchen staples like extra dish towels and corkscrew (we had to buy both) and even a few more wine glasses would have come in handy. Also, we had to purchase our own laundry detergent, dishwashing pods, dish soap, and kitchen hand soap since what was provided was only enough for one to two uses. The large screened-in porch is a wonderful bonus and a great way to spend the evenings. My only issue with the screened in porch was the condition of the wicker couch cushions---very dirty. I understand that the outdoor elements can play a part, but I think it's time to replace the cushions.

This is an absolutely lovely home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was pristine clean and you could not want for anything in the kitchen area, towels, linens etc. House was very well maintained and comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

Nice place!

The house was quite nice. The wooded setting is great, a good location to get away. The private beach was fairly close, although you did have to drive a couple minutes and then walk a little bit. Interior of the home was roomy, clean, and had good quality furnishings. Screened in porch was great. The only issue we had was that the rental agency was not very responsive in terms of answering questions before our stay. We had called and emailed with some questions and they never got back to us.

Wonderful place!

We were very impressed with this property. The location - tucked away in the woods - could not have been better! We - group of four enjoying a golf weekend - were very comfortable in the house, and found the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths to be perfect. The house is indeed very cozy, well appointed, very clean and very well maintained. The owner provided excellent customer service - a bottle of local wine was waiting for us upon arrival! We felt right at home and will definitely return. Loved it!!!
