This is an open concept suite. The bedroom area has a king bed that sleeps 2 with a 50” TV for you to enjoy while relaxing in bed. It has a beautiful bathroom made with exquisite stone, double sinks, a stand-up shower, and a tub. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, desk area, with free Wi-Fi. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, that can comfortably accommodate 2 adults, black out curtains to close off the bedroom, and a 55” TV for your entertainment. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Off the living room is a small balcony where you can enjoy an astonishing view of Cap Cana Marina where you can relax, enjoy the warmth of the sunshine, and breathe in the Caribbean fresh air and enjoy the outdoor evening entertainment. You can also take a nice relaxing stroll or go for a jog, to keep up on your fitness goals, on the paths along the marina.
We have 2 large refreshing pools, one is just 75 feet from your room, where you can bask in the sun or enjoy a refreshing dip.
No need to go anywhere else. We are located just minutes from all the local attractions. We are a 10 mins drive from Punta Cana International Airport. There is a beautiful beach just an 8-minute walk away and multiple sandy beaches with breathtaking views of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea, within 10 minutes. There is a freshwater lake just a 12-minute walk away for kayaking and swimming. There is a multitude of restaurants and shops downstairs and nearby, for you to check out the amazing local cuisine. If you feel like staying in and cooking there are 2 large grocery stores nearby, one of which delivers, and a third will soon be established downstairs. There is even a casino within walking distance. There is nighttime entertainment as well. Take a ride with the local taxi for a small fee to Api Beach or Juanillo Beach. This is a prime location, close to the marina, beaches, and world-class golf, this property offers no shortage of both relaxation and tropical activity. Let the central air conditioning welcome you home each afternoon, take a cocktail out to the private balcony or poolside. This private paradise is perfect for a honeymoon or romantic getaway for 2 to 4 people.
