Discover this modern 2-bedroom gem in Ocean City. This 7th floor condo features a king bed, bunk beds, and 2 twin bed, perfect for a family. Enjoy the board games, books, and a game system in your place. Relax in the living room with a comfy sofa bed. Stay connected with WiFi and enjoy the views of the bay and ocean from your private balcony. Plus, take advantage of the outdoor pool with large sun deck and direct beach access. The condo also comes with a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
9400 condominiums are a popular oceanfront building located at 94th Street and Coastal Highway. It’s convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping, public tennis courts and more!
Must be 25 or older to rent in the building. Max 6 guests.
There is a $50 amenity fee paid directly to the building upon check in. This covers one parking space at the building as well as the use of the pool and other amenities.
*Renters must bring their own towels, linens, and pillow cases. We provide pillows and comforters.
