Guests are responsible for restocking their own toiletries once the initial supply provided has been used or ran out.

The safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

Please note that while some of our photos showcase cozy carpets, these may occasionally be removed during your stay for routine cleaning or deep washing to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and comfort.

We have security cameras on the exterior of the property, and in common area hallways. And has a recording mic that record sounds. Nothing in the interior of the property.

Early check in fee:
1:30pm: $85
2pm: $50
3pm: $40

Late check out fee:
11am: $40
12pm: $50
1:30pm: $85

We’ll need to manually apply the pet fee through the resolution center, as it varies based on the length of your stay. Here are the rates:

1–4 nights: $50 flat
5–29 nights: $120 flat
30+ nights: $200 flat

Unauthorized guests: $100 per person
Late check out penalty: $200
Smoking penalty: $500
Excessive dirt/trash: $350

Unauthorized PARTIES and NOISE during quiet hours are strictly prohibited, subject for penalties up to $1000 or more.
