Huge Livingroom. sunroom dining room surrounded by windows. Basement has living room with full bath and washer dryer, connected to two identical bedrooms. Two-person hot tub connect to patio. Extra patio in front yard near main entrance. Back yard is approximately half an acre plenty of space for small events. Also does have a private lake. No motorized boats.
