Come relax and enjoy the fresh air in this Vacation Villa located inside the Grand Bear Resort. (PRIVITE OWN, INDEPENDET FROM GRAND BEAR RESORT, No Water Park Passes are included) NO GUARANTEE ON WATER PARK PASSES AVAILABILITY!
This beautiful 2-story home is decorated with rustic log style furnishings. The generous 1,800 square foot Villa sleeps 8 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, comforting fireplaces, televisions, a patio, 2 balconies, washer/dryer, kitchen & dining area.

The kitchen is complete with all major appliances dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, single cup coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware, eating utensils and basic cookware. To maximize your rental experience please consider bringing any special items you may need. There is a 24 hr convince store located inside the resort lobby, should you forget something.

-The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, pull out twin sofa sleeper, fireplace, TV, private vanity and whirlpool tub.
-The Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds, TV and balcony.

This was our 3rd visit at this site, and each one has been wonderful. The accommodations are by far our favorite in the area and are reasonable and well-maintained. The host is impeccable and easy to communicate with. We did not have our dogs with us on this most recent visit, but we love the fact that we are able to bring them if we are traveling with them. The kitchen has everything we need, with lots of space. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Fun sister hiking trip and great place to scope out a future family vacation! There is quite a lot to do on the resort and it is extremely close to starved rock and matthesian. The St. Louis canyon trail is right across the street! The town is fantastic - definitely hopping on the weekends. The house was HUGE especially for 2 people and very clean. Loved the decor and location. Martin was great at making sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back!

We had a blast! The condo was clean and super comfortable. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The yard was big enough for an Easter egg hunt. Plus all the amenities you could've asked for!!thanks again

The home was very clean, it had a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. We brought our dog and she loved roaming the property full of trees. Martin is a great host and an even better communicator. His responses to my questions were clear and timely. We hope to be back soon

We had an insect problem inside do to the seal at the base of the door having gaps allowing insects to come in and also went almost a hole day without water not being able to shower nor use the bathroom having to go elsewhere for bathrooms. The ceilings had cracks in them. Also had other small issues which we had to deal with.

Nice condo for a baking getaway. The condo is showing some wear but it wasn’t anything that affected our visit. Owner responded quickly to our messages. We suggest an updated manual with wifi codes and local information. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
