The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Please turn thermostat to 78 degree when leaving. -Place trash cans at end of driveway. Trash will be collected on Tuesday morning.
If you warmed up pool please turn it back off when leaving.
-Please make sure ceiling fans are off and sliding glass doors are locked. -Return keys to lockbox and hook in kitchen. -Please turn off ice maker by lifting arm.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-Trash day: Tuesday morning
-Pool service: Wednesday and he lets himself inside the gate and pool area
-Lawn service: once a week and they let themselves in the back gate.

Location was great, easy access to golf, shopping, and restaurants! The pool was clean and kept at a good temperature! The owners were very quick to reply to any of our texts, and took care of any issues. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessities. Very enjoyable stay!

One of our favorite features is the beautiful walkway along the mangroves, where you’ll often see neighbors out for morning walks, evening strolls, or bike rides. It’s a relaxing, scenic area that truly captures the laid-back Florida lifestyle.
