This is located on Worldmark property so there is a bit of sales pressure but as long as you’re clear and say no then they don’t bother you. Amazing grounds and amenities, view, easy parking, decent restaurant. This condo only has a two top stove, no oven, and an apartment size fridge with no ice maker, but that all worked out well for our stay…not so much if we had kids with us. All in all, it was a great experience and I would rent again.
The space was very quiet and peaceful, the balcony view was gorgeous, overall our stay was very nice. One area that needs attention, is the shower heads, which were both clogged with poor pressure coming through, and also mounted very low. At minimum, please replace the shower heads, so future visitors to the property can have proper showers.
Had a wonderful stay here with our family if 4 in this unit at Seventh Mountain Resort. The main bedroom was very comfortable and each kid had their own bed between the murphy bed and couch bed. They were excited to say the least. All the amenities were much appreciated including all the kitchen essentials and the extra towels for the heated pools and hot tubs. A great experience all around!
Great location near Mt Bachelor area. Great room, clean and well kept. Resort has an excellent pool and good nature trails for hiking. Would go back again
The room was nice with a properly stocked kitchen. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have had away from home. All in all, it worked well for a nice short break from real life.
Everything was accurately described in the listing. The unit was in good condition and the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. The view off the deck was great. The only thing that could be improved would be the living room couch and primary bed/ mattress were showing their age. We didn't know why the vaccum and broom were left in the corner of the living room and thought they should have been in a closet. The large TV in the living room was a plus. Two bathrooms was also great. Overall, we enjoyed the Seventh Mtn condo and would stay again.
Overall the stay was good. Kitchen is well stocked and the King size bed in the master room was comfortable. The view was nice and loved the short drive to Mt. Bachelor and also downtown Bend. A few things to note, the condo walls are pretty thin, as you can hear people above and to the sides. Also, the building is a little older and the pipes knock in master bedroom. Overall it was a good stay.FYI to the owners, the master bedroom toilet ran constantly over our stay and the Roku for the TV in the master bedroom requested to be updated... the universal wifi didn't support it enough to allow it to fully update.

Overall good but a couple of hiccups
We have stayed at 7th Mountain many times over the last 10 yrs but never this particular property. We love the amenities associated with 7th Mountain as well as the location which is why we always come back. The mild issues we had with this unit-Grand Welcome did not submit our reservation to the front desk so they were not ready for us. Thankfully they were happy to sort things out once I showed them our confirmation email.Grand Welcome texted me to Welcome us and I let them know what happened. I was thanked for my patience and told to contact with any concerns. I did contact them again because there was a huge amount of I guess mud on the balcony? I sent pictures and aaked why this wasn't cleaned. I also let them know that we were not sleeping well in the master bedroom because there is some sort of ticking noise that only happens at night. We've not experienced this at 7th mt before. I said we even turned the heat off thinking it was those pipes and the noise was still present. Even with our white noise fan, we still had to sleep with a pillow over our head or ear plugs. I asked for a later check out since we were not sleeping well.I received no text response at all and none for the remainder of our trip or afterwards. I don't know what if anything can be done about the ticking/tapping noise but it definitely disrupts sleep.Last, the murphy bed was very heavy and I realized it was because the spring was broken/fell off on the floor. We left it.there.
