Wonderful vacation rental house, easily one of the best we've stayed in. Very clean, comfortable, and great location in a nice quiet neighborhood. We didn't use our car once we got there, walked everyplace we wanted to go in downtown Prescott.

We loved this house! The location is perfect—an easy walk to shopping, great restaurants, and Whiskey Row, which made exploring the area so convenient. The home itself was extremely comfortable, and you can tell the owner put a lot of thought into the upgrades. The improvements really elevate the space and make this charming house feel luxurious. Everything was well cared for and designed with guests in mind. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back!

Perfect location 2 minute walk into square area, spotless, hosts provided everything you need for a great stay from towels, shampoo & soap in the bathroom to full kitchen of pots, pans, knives, cutting board, and even seasonings & coffee. I stayed here with a co-worker because we had business for a week in Prescott. The house is in an excellent location, the parking is easy, and the house was clean and comfortable for us to work and relax. I would definitely stay here again when I need to be in Prescott.

This house was so cute and charming and the location was perfect, being only 2 blocks from Whiskey Row. It was located on a quiet street with minimal traffic which was very nice. The house had everything we needed, and everything worked as it should. Would definitely book again.

We travel to Prescott several times a year, and this property is by far one of the best we’ve experienced. The home is thoughtfully designed and had everything we could possibly need, making it feel comfortable and effortless from the moment we arrived.One of the highlights was the location — it’s perfectly situated close to shops and the city center, and we loved that everything was within walking distance. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable.The outdoor entertainment space was especially meaningful for us. It created the perfect setting to relax, spend quality time, and connect with our son, which made our trip even more special.Overall, this home was absolutely perfect for our needs, and we’re so grateful we found it. Absolutely Perfect

The cottage is absolutely beautiful. For an Air B&B it is fully equipped. The house itself is very roomy. There was 4 of us and we didn't feel crowded. It is in walking distance to downtown. We absolutely loved it!

Awesome Bungalow

Our first visit to Prescott Arizona was fantastic. This 2 bedroom 2 bath home had everything we could ask for. The hosts were so great. They answered all our questions. Amenities and fully stocked kitchen were exactly what we were looking for. We hope to visit again soon
