For parking, we offer a covered carport at the top of the driveway, ideal for smaller vehicles. Larger vehicles, like SUVs or trucks, will find two convenient spots at the bottom of the driveway due to its steep slope. Please be aware that the driveway is VERY steep.

While we love pets, they are not allowed at this property. If we are made aware of a pet on the property and it was not communicated to us before the reservation we will automatically charge a $500 fee upon check out.

Everything was wonderful! I loved the hot tub, kids enjoyed roasting smores. Appreciated all the little details, like full array of spices. This place was amazing! It was perfect for the weekend visiting my son at Embry Riddle with family. It was clean and beautiful, and the beds were so comfortable and soft. It was decorated so cute and creative but functional. There were a lot of fans accessible to help with the heat which was really nice. The hot tub was the perfect temperature already at arrival and easily accessible and clean with a towel rack. There was great lighting outside and the fire pit was very easy to enjoy as well. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was well stocked. Checking in and out was also easy. We had no issues and the hosts are friendly and responsive. We would stay here again!

Overall, a great property with proximity to enjoy everything Prescott has to offer while having a quiet, secluded refuge for your downtime. We did most of our own cooking and the kitchen was very well stocked - like being at home! Interior was well furnished/decorated and felt very comfortable. We spent much of our time in the outdoor living space which was great. Great fire pit and well stocked with wood. We parked at the bottom of the driveway as it's much easier and went in/out of front door. Ken was an excellent host who communicated very well.

This home was wonderful. Quiet neighborhood, felt very secluded yet not far from places to go. It was clean, and just had a wonderful atmosphere. It was a very relaxing stay, with the hot tub and the fire pit and bring able to grill our own dinner. We hope to make repeat visits!

This was my very first time ever renting an Vrbo and I was so nervous about it but the owner of this home is so professional and responded quickly to any questions I had plus kept me informed along the way.
