This property exceeded our expectations! The penthouse was clean, organized, and was located in a great area. The views from the place were spectacular both during the day and night. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. The amenities were amazing and well kept. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property

We booked this location for our annual girls trip. We had a wonderful stay. The property owners had every detailed covered and the communication leading up to, and during our stay was excellent. We loved having a grocery store connected to this property, and the doormen watching over the lobby were very cheerful and helpful. Our location was right in the middle of the city, so we could walk to most everything we wanted. Thank you for a lovely stay. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Holiday weekend

We stayed at this penthouse over the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful time amid spectacular views and exceedingly convenient location in the city. We were comfortable and safe, we had a beautiful balcony from which we could view the skyline and the holiday fireworks. We would certainly stay in this location again.

This Penthouse is the right way to enjoy Chicago. The amenities are great and the views are memorable. We were within walking distance to most everything we wanted to do downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

The views were spectacular! The property was really nice and clean! The location was great and walkable to lots of things! And the owners were some of the best we have worked with. They provided very detailed instructions and were very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Home Sweet Home Chicago!!

We have stayed at this property numerous times & each time in a different unit. We love it here--the location is perfect for walking everywhere, the Jewel grocery store is right next door & the Red Line "L " is also just outside the door which we use to go to Wrigley Field. Weber Grill is a great restaurant across the street. Will stay here again.

Spring Break Getaway

First and foremost excellent host communication. Location of property and amenities are fantastic. Walking distance to most of what you will want to experience. I have stayed in a few different penthouses in the city but this ones location by far has been the best. Highly recommended.

Great property not the best check-in, check out times.

The apartment is great, everything is as shown on the listing. This place can comfortably host 6 people. Only complaint is the pillows (too bulky and hard) and the check in and check out times. Standard is 3pm and 12pm.

Chicago Family Trip

Amazing view!! Perfect location, short walk to Michigan Ave. Some terrific food nearby, loved Quartinos and Eately. Well stocked, had everything we needed. Grocery store and a quick walk to Trader Joe's. Not to mention the all important Starbucks! Can't say enough about the view, location and great communication with the very helpful owners! Oh, and a super easy train ride to Wrigley! We will be back to stay here for certain!

Great Downtown Stay!

We really enjoyed our week in the sky in downtown Chicago. While we are from this area, we have never had a chance to enjoy the city from this height or location. We explored the neighborhood, and the building! The building amenities were excellent, and they were a great way to fill our day. My kids loved the basketball court, dog park, and game room. What a great week!

Spectacular location and view

Our family vacationed for a week and we were exceedingly happy with the location (subway is mere steps away plus close to the River, shopping and restaurants), building amenities (outdoor pool, free Starbucks, 1/2 court basketball, and dog park),and apartment amenities (beautiful views, comfortable beds, pool towels, laundry, separate upstairs suite). Everything was great and the apartment was spotlessly clean! However, If you are a late sleeper bring eye masks. The east facing apartment is bright in the mornings!

Great Value - Extraordinary Views

We found this in an 11th hour decision to spend nearly a week in the city to be close to family. Quite comfortable. Easy to navigate. Solid workout facility. Great location in River North. Jeri-Lou was great with the 11th hour reservation. There's a grocery just outside the front door of the place that allowed us to cook a couple great dinners with family there. Would do it again.

Better Be a Morning Person

Great location and space but hope you’re an early riser because there are no curtains and blinds are ineffective. Maybe it’s to help get you out of bed for the strict 10 am check-out. Lots of rules posted all over.

A Great Place with a 5-Star View

This penthouse was a great place to stay for our family visiting Chicago. Our first trip to the windy city and this home was the focal point for that trip. The views on this place are truly amazing on a clear day. Watching the city turn from day to night high up was unforgettable. Plenty of windows and a large deck. The fire kept us very warm and cozy on cold nights. The building and apartment were extremely clean and well-kept. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked for our stay. Everything needed was there. There is an Osco store on the street level and others close by. Restaurants and other shopping within a short walk. We would highly recommend this place to stay and would definitely stay again. It was all perfect.
