We stayed here when my son ran the Chicago Marathon. It is the perfect spot! Runners actually ran right by us! It was extremely clean and the view was amazing! The owners we very easy to communicate with as well as very informative about things to do! I can't recommend this place enough!!!

A Chicago Gem

My family and I stayed at this property for Mother’s Day weekend. It was a great way to introduce my kids to Chicago (they’ve never been). All the instructions provided by the host, helped us navigate our stay seamlessly. The property is conveniently located. We would definitely book again!!

Great location, Great view.

I stayed here with my two adult children for St. Patrick's weekend. There was plenty of room for us. The penthouse is in an ideal, safe location to experience Chicago and see the river turn green. There is a convenient grocery store next door for supplies. The views are amazing and the place is well managed with simple instructions for check-in and out.

Great location and convenient apartment

We stayed here with 3 persons, 1 in a wheelchair. Accessibility was very good, apartment contained everything we needed for our visit. Location is great, walkable distance from major attractions. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area.

Great view and location

Property is as described in the pictures and description. Very clean, check in was fine with super friendly front desk staff, and location is hard to beat. Good communication from owner too. Would stay here again.

Grand penthouse

Great location, amenities, friendly staff, spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath with plenty of room for 4-6 guests. The view from the balcony is excellent and the 9th floor amenities are great. Highly recommend this rental if you’re in Chicago!

Great location

The Vrbo was in a great location! Loved having the grocery store so close, and bring do close the the subway. The only downside was the beds were extremely soft and broken in! I even tried sleeping in the sofa bed but it also was very soft. We loved having a washer and dryer right there in the unit!

Great views!

This penthouse apartment had great city and lake views and was very comfortable and well appointed. The couches in the living room and the beds were very relaxing after full days and nights of exploring the city. We didn't cook, but we did use the kitchen for snacks and drinks. The doormen were helpful and the area felt safe. The owners were helpful and responsive, but they could reduce or consolidate the emails/texts. You'll get all the information you need for your stay, but you may have to go through several emails/texts to find it. We booked early March so it was a great value. I'd definitely consider staying here the next time I'm in Chicago!

Chicago 53rd Floor Apartment

.We are a retired couple who have had extensive rental experiences. This property has a doorlock along with a deadbolt for entering the condo/apartment. We felt safe. One evening we had a series of knocks on the door and the person was inebriated and obviously knocked on the wrong door. Be advised that this location has many units most of which are rentals by young professionals by the look of the people we met on the elevator. You will also encounter dogs on the elevator. The two-bedroom unit does not have curtains to darken the bedrooms. There is a light issue for sleeping. All linens are standard and adequate. The furnishings are dated but functional. All rooms were clean with the kitchen very fully equipped; unfortunately, the refrigerator began making a loud noise and had to be replaced during our stay. The owners/staff/maintenance were prompt in that regard. The location was excellent. Unfortunately, we felt quite unwelcomed by the host/owners as reflected in the email communications we received. They were full of admonitions. The first sign you see upon entering the condo does not say “welcome” it says “take your shoes off and don’t scratch the walls with your luggage”. Future guest should be forewarned that in order to stay in this VRBO you will be required to send your driver’s license over the internet. We never had a requirement to send our driver’s license before. We had concerns about identity theft that were not addressed by the host/owner.

Everything about the stay and building was wonderful! The penthouse was very clean and well equipped. Great restaurants within walking distance. Weber Grill was one of our favorites. Being able to see Navy Pier fireworks from the balcony was fantastic!

Location was amazing!! Next time I go to Chicago I will be staying here. The building had everything...great gym great pool, even a grocery store next door. Also, we have a VRBO container when we travel...detergent, paper towels, dishwasher tabs. No need here this place was clean and stocked, not to mention a million dollar view. Your search is over.. this is the place

Amazing View

It is a nice condo with an amazing view! It was clean and had all the extras in the kitchen we needed for our stay. Very convenient location to many shops, restaurants and public transit. The owners are very informative and stayed in contact with us throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this rental and would use again when in the area.

We throughly enjoyed staying in this penthouse on our Chicago trip. Red line around the corner, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The apartment was roomy for the 4 of us. It was nice to be able to keep the laundry up. Would definitely stay her again or in the building again. Very accommodating.

Use caution. The almighty dollar trumps principle with owner.

Nice place. Lovely Amtrak delayed a 4 night stay into only 2 nights. I communicated with owner extensively on this. While I understand I was going to be on the hook for all 4 nights, the owner charged me 4 nights of the "optional" parking without returning the token nightly fee even after I asked. A small gesture of goodwill for a traveler that stayed 2 and paid for 4 nights. The night parking fee is an add-on option that is just bonus money should the renter require parking. I'd the principle of it all. Maybe the owner should read the book "Give 'em The Pickle"

Perfect condo

This is the cleanest condo we’ve ever rented! And the BEST equipped kitchen (spices, storage bags, creamer, etc). The location is perfect and what a view! The grocery store on the first floor was such a bonus when traveling with kids. Highly recommend

Wonderful Chicago visit!

The Penthouse condo is in an ideal location, with unbelievable views, central to all of the best Chicago sights and scenes. Easy access the the CTA station right out the front door of the building, or an easy walk or short Uber ride to all other city spots. The condo was spotlessly clean and the host, Jeri-Lou was helpful and very responsive. We will definitely book the penthouse condo again!

Excellent Location, Very well equipped condo

My daughter & I had a wonderful time enjoying the spaciousness & location of this condo. The hosts were responsive when contacted. It was very well provisioned & was immaculate when we checked in. It was walking distance to almost everything we wanted to visit including Millenium Park, The Museum Campus, lots of excellent restaurants. Having a Jewell grocery store next door was an added bonus. I would stay there again for a return visit to Chicago.
