There were some maintenance issues but the overall experience was pleasant.

Wonderful experience staying in SURCO. Beautiful Apartment & Good Location . Wonderful host family

The apartment is well suited with all comforts for home. Modern kitchen appliances and laundry room. Bathroom has a spacious shower stall with plenty of hot water and is nicely decorated. very tasteful decoration in each room. The host family is very generous and very patient with requests! They made my stay secure and helped me enjoy Lima and it's districts. This is a great location with mass transit and taxis abundant. The neighborhood is great to explore on foot for restaurants and shops. I recommend this rental for a great stay in Lima! Love the people. Love the food. Love the atmosphere!

It was a pleasure to host Kay at my apartment for 4 months kept apartment very clean and neat the whole time. Kay is an awesome person to talk to and have as a friend. Would definetely host you again anytime! And you are right about the aprtment it is located at walking distance fron local restaurants stores pharmacies a mall and public transportation to get you anywhere in the city. Glad you had a chance to explore around the area and the you liked the decoration in the bathroom and all the rooms, glad the washer and dryer in the laundry room the is located inside the apartment helped you and made your stay here more confortable.
