Executive Lakefront Home - NEW - 6P HOT TUB coming Sept 2025
This Beautiful large home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths it is a perfect fit for 2 families or larger groups.
The Master bedroom has a King bed and its ensuite bath has a beautiful corner Jacuzzi tub & large shower stall stall. This bathroom is located on the main floor off of the kitchen living room area.
The main floor has another bedroom with a double bed in it.
The basement has the games room and 2 bedrooms, each large bedroomhas 2 x double bamboo top beds and one room has a single be also. In the basement there is a Large bathroom with a shower / tub ,2 sinks and a tiolet.
The games room has a pool table, ping pong table & a fooz ball table.
This home has an open concept Muskoka room in the upper level. A large basement walk out to a 44 x 12 ft deck and the NEW HOT TUB Sept 2025.
This fall we have added supplying lines, bedsheets, pillows, comforters and bath towels.
If you would prefer a $100 discount than let us know and we'll put our linens away and you can bring your own ,pillows comforters,bed sheets and towels. NO partial linens supplied, either take our linen package at $100( built into pricing) or bring yours and we'll discount you $100.00.
The home has a private fire pit area of the lake. we supply the 1st load of wood for free and then they are $15 for each load . Do Not Transfer wood or bring wood to our property. It is illegal in Ontario and if you have wood we will confiscate it and destroy it. ALSO DO NOT bring live bait to our lake from sources outside our region. We have bait a ait shop and there are suppliers in Restoule and Trout Creek on your way to the cottage. It is also illegal to transport bait in Ontario.

Hello we are travelers and have been providing 30 yrs of vacation accommodations for families. We are a short term rental rental property and provide extended stays and seasonal stays from Sept to May Each of our cottages are winterized and for those transient in the winter months we offer fair and reasonable housing for short terms.
Why they chose this property
We choose to be in the near north Muskoka North for many reason. Quiet sunsets and great fishing along with many other outdoor activities. Wildlife flourishes and deer and moose are always seen throughout the year.OH and bears too, but they're hard to find.
What makes this property unique
We are a small 4 unit family property with an exceptional water front. We face west for great sunsets and our shoreline is shallow sandy walk out. Great space and safe for children.
Each cottage has a private fire pit and nice lakefront privacy due to the mature landscaping of the property. We are small,but have a full service established property, free water toys and rental boats are avaiable.
