You will share the apartment with a number of bikes. It's quite cozy. The owner sleeps on the floor. In the bedroom are bikes, a piano, golf clubs, a wardrobe, a printer, and general storage.
There's lots of light and people are somewhat friendly. It's a little tricky getting into the apartment though. Need to coordinate with the owner. However all is good. Try it out. There is a TV but not available for use
