Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bring trash out to trash boxes at the road. Contact host if lids are not able to close completely and more bins are needed.
Clean food products off grill, turn off propane and cover grill. Put any games or beach equipment back where it was found. Unplug toaster, coffee maker, fireplace.Ensure windows are closed and locked.
Leave linen on beds. Gather towels and place on bathroom floor. Contact owner if any items are damaged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash must be taken out to the stationary trash box on the road upon checkout. Please notify owner if anything is damaged or broken during the stay.
Please turn off all lights before leaving and put away any outdoor beach or yard toys/games that were brought out. Unplug toaster, fireplace, coffee.
Please run dishwasher and close windows before checking out. Leave bed linens on the beds and leave used towels on the bathroom floor.

We had an exceptional stay! The home is beautiful with very comfortable living and bedroom spaces. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of room for our families. Gorgeous view and direct access to Lake Huron. The owner was outstanding in answering any questions and prompt replies. We stayed over the New Year holiday and hope to visit again during the summer months.
