About this property

Cozy Ski Home w/ Fireplace 7 Min. to the Slopes!

Spacious home with newly installed air conditioning overlooking the Androscoggin River. Direct access and a short walk or bike to town and hiking trails via the Bethel Pathway. Minutes to watering holes, golfing, fishing, hiking, biking, canoeing and kayaking—the adventures are endless from this cozy home away from home. Large flat yard with BBQ grill. Bethel is a small vibrate (ski) town with museums, shopping, great food and entertainment for all. Must be 25 or older to rent.

Both bedrooms in the home are located on the main floor of the house. Each has a queen bed. One bedroom also has a full-sized futon, and there is a queen air mattress for the living area to accommodate additional guests. There is a pellet stove as an additional heat source and for ambiance. River view but no direct river access.
