Villa on the Beach / Heated Pool / Bohemian Vibe / Corsair Key

Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing the beauty of this unique island property! We understand the disappointment regarding the outdoor shower, bathtub, and water delivery, and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We will review these items with our property team. Regarding insects, the property's beautiful waterfront island setting comes with a tropical environment where bugs can be particularly active, especially near the water. While we take pest control seriously, completely eliminating insects in this natural setting is unfortunately not realistic. We will certainly review whether additional preventative measures can help. We're delighted you loved the property and appreciate your constructive feedback. Our goal is to combine the beauty and tranquility of this special location with the five-star service Latitude Key guests expect. We hope to welcome you back for an even better experience!

Hi. I do apologize about the internet; the whole island had an internet outage during your stay. I am happy the rest of the home was exactly what you expected and enjoyed yourself.

Thank you for your review, Marcelo! We're thrilled to hear you had an incredible stay at this fantastic property and enjoyed its breathtaking views and convenient location. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, and we deeply regret the inconvenience these issues caused during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the lack of basic supplies like toilet paper and the missing welcome items such as the K-cups and wine. These are normally part of our standard setup, and it's clear we missed the mark here. We’ve since reviewed this with our housekeeping team to ensure these oversights do not happen again. Regarding the housekeeping service you arranged, we are incredibly sorry for the miscommunication and the failure to deliver what was promised. Not only should this service have been provided, but you also should have been promptly notified if there was any issue. That lapse in communication is unacceptable, and we’re working with our team to make sure it doesn’t happen in the future. The issue with the hot water is also very concerning. We were unaware of this during your stay and wish we had the opportunity to resolve it while you were there. Please know that we’ve since had our maintenance team inspect and repair the system. As for the bugs, we completely understand your frustration. While Bimini tropical climate can bring intense mosquito activity at night—especially near the water—we are exploring additional pest control treatments to better protect our outdoor areas for future guests. Your experience was not reflective of the standards we strive to uphold, and we genuinely appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We’re committed to using your feedback to improve and hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future to provide a stay that better reflects the quality we aim to deliver.
