About this property

This apartment features one bedroom, one NEWLY RENOVATED bathroom, a new kitchen, new dining area furniture, new living room furniture and new floors throughout the apartment.

The large bedroom contains two queen size beds.
The Living area contains a Queen Size sofa bed.

The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops contains a full size refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, glassware, plates, and silverware are supplied.

New dining room and living room furniture, as well as, new floors were installed in July 2021.

Balcony with table and chairs overlooking a beautiful direct view of the ocean. The enclosed balcony has glass panel windows that open, like sliding patio doors, to provide an open balcony experience.

There are 65" flat screen smart TV in the living Room and a 50" smart tv in the bedroom with cable service for each.

All linens and towels are supplied

Iron and ironing board is supplied.

Laundry facilities are located in the resort basement .

Valet parking is available to our guests at $18/day.

Amazing Condo with breathtaking views

Perfect View!!

The apartment has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The VIEW is the BEST!! Beach, Tiki Hut & pool all right there. Check in & out was super easy. Elizabeth the property manager was friendly & made everything run smoothly. Highly recommend!!

Exactly what we wanted

Super clean, direct oceanfront, everything you need for a stay, full kitchen, friendly owner, nice pool, great beach, Wi-Fi even on the beach! And the tiki bar is gold serving breakfast lunch and dinner right on the beach

Great condo!

Newly remodeled, very clean condo to celebrate my 50th birthday. Elizabeth, the property manager, was there for anything we needed & very helpful. Tiki bar is always a plus for us as well! Enjoyed my week there!

Ocean vacation

Beach is very nice. Tiki Bar a bit noisy for families. Pool is not heated. Condo very nice with great view of ocean.

Amazing view!!!

View is just as listed. It is such a convenient location. The food at the Tikki bar is excellent and the chair and umbrella rental is worth every single penny. Great place!

Perfect long weekend

We had a wonderful stay over the long weekend! Elizabeth was great with communication and information on the area. Easy check in and out. We arrived late and didn’t have time to head to store… no worries the condo had everything needed to start us off. Having the beach, pool and view from your own balcony were all priceless. The Bamboo Tiki bar was also a lot of fun! We were down here to watch our daughter play volleyball but had so much fun in between!

Not a clean place and not as described

I was extremely disappointed that the condo wasn’t clean and was not as described I called the property manager Elizabeth and she said I’m too picky and I should just go to a 5 star hotel if I expect a nice clean place, so I did . I was in the condo for less than 5 mins but was still charged for the 4 day rental Very disappointed- do not book this

Amazing!

We stayed for a long 3 day weekend when Ohio got crushed with snow and ice. We got to enjoy beautiful weather, with a SERIOUSLY unforgettable view! I could have sat and drank my coffee on that balcony for hours. Having the tiki bar was the icing on the cake. We explored the area, ate way too much awesome food, and all around had such a wonderful time and the property owner and property manager were so easy to work with. We really appreciate your beautiful place! Thank you for everything ❤️

Will book again!

I booked this property as a little birthday staycation. I’m a miami local with a young child so I already knew I wanted to stay away from the craziness of the South Beach area. I decided for us to stay in Ft. Lauderdale beach. I found this listing and I’m so happy I did! The property is just like in the pictures. Very clean and spacious for our party of four. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The atmosphere was great. Family friendly. Elizabeth was great! Always available to answer questions. I will definitely book my next staycation at this property.

We had a great time!

We had a great time! Communication was excellent! Our room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Furnishings were in good condition and modern. Appliances all functioned correctly. Valet service was flawless!! (I had never used valet and was concerned, but their system works fantastic.) The building was built in the 50's, so you will see things like marble floors, etc., but the building seems to be in very good mechanical condition. The elevators are small, but with FOUR of them, we never waited more than just a few seconds for one. (NOTE: Use the service elevator around the corner from the other three, for your luggage.) I'd go back in a heartbeat! Thanks!!

Christmas at the beach

Dealing with the property manager Elizabeth the as a pleasure. Very pleasant and helpful. No problem checking g at all. The View from our unit was wonderful- 10th floor overlooking the beach. The unit itself was spacious, updated and well appointed. The bathroom was dated and definitely needs work to match the rest of the unit. The building is also dated but fine. We really enjoyed the meal we had the Tiki Bar and the dinner at the restaurant Casa Calabria- very authentic Italian food. Would definitely return- the location was fantastic. Close to shopping, restaurants, pharmacy etc. in addition we were very lucky with the weather- sunny and warm all 10 days!! Can’t wait to return.

totally ambushed

Just to start off Elizabeth the manager for the property was very pleasant and helpful. That is the best part of the whole experience with the property. When my family and I saw the pictures of the property, we were very happy and ready to start our vacation. I must say that the pictures were very out dated and old. They definitely did not represent the actual property. When we arrived it was clear to us that we were ambushed because the front of the property was not maintained at all. The pictures showed it as a colorful and clean property. It was definitely not like that. Once we got into the property we were pleasantly surprised, because the lobby was updated and so we thought that maybe it has a chance. Now to the condo we leased. When we arrived upstairs Elizabeth was waiting for us like she said she would. She was awesome.. The pictures of the condo were totally misrepresenting because we walked in and wow were we ambushed. The place was completing outdated and old. The only thing in there that was updated was the floor tile. The kitchen was old and broken down. The stove and fridge were old(twenty five years old). The bathroom had not been touch (remodeled probably since the late 80's). The condo was dirty and we called Elizabeth the first night and told her about the smell of the sheets. She did say that she would come out the next day and try to replace them. That night we took them to a laundry service and washed them ourselves.. They next morning we called her and just told her that we were going to finish our stay and just not have her come out to the condo because it would be a waste of time.. We knew that we were locked into a lease agreement and that there was nothing that she could do for us.. The patio door would not lock for safety and also the patio sliding window would not lock either. The pool was disgusting. Very dirty and we asked the maintenance attendant to clean it several times to no response. He and the front desk just did not care. There standard response was they would call out the pool guy (no one ever came out). Did not swim needles to say at the pool.. The tiki bar and restaurant we very clean and good food. We must give them credit for that. Definitely would not recommend it to anyone. If the owners and the property team want to say negative things about our review, we have the pictures and gladly will post them online homeaway website.

Nice location for family get away

Nice location for a family vacation on The beach. Close to the grocery store and only a mile walk on the beach to the pier. About 20 min ride to Fort Lauderdale Hollywood international airport.

Everything about this place was amazing!!! It was my 4th time at Ocean Manor so I know the resort well! This was definitely the best room we have booked though!!! Amazing getaway!

How do I start? My family and I had an amazing time at this property and location! Walking distance to the beach, meaured in feet not blocks; a Tiki Bar / restaurant with delicious food and service; spacious suite with a breathtaking view and many amenities; convienient location, close to grocery stores, great restaurants, and a mall (not to mention a post office), a great neighborhood, actually; and last but not least, a superb property manager—Elizabeth. We are definitely coming back! Oh, and parking? A breeze. We were so relieved to have the option for self-parking for just $15/day. I mean, I could not be any happier with having stayed here. Thank you, Elizabeth!

Wonderful

Elizabeth was wonderful every step of the way, answered any and all questions we had and went above and beyond. We did have some very loud neighbors across the hall however we spoke with the front desk and they immediately took care of the issue. The view was spectacular, the beds were comfortable, everything was in top shape. The tiki bar had amazing food, drinks as well as customer service. Would highly recommend and would absolutely book another stay.

Short vacation before a cruise.

The property is exactly what it says check in was very easy. Elizabeth whom is in charge is very sweet and always answered my questions. People just need to understand it s an apt so the actual hotel really has nothing to do with whomever stays there. I am a very picky person and I had a wonderful time. I love the Tiki bar on the beach.
