It is ideal setting for families and groups looking for a memorable stay.Why You’ll Love It: Open-concept living area with a fireplace - perfect for cozy evenings in. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Comfortable bedrooms each with plush bedding.Outdoor patio and backyard (barbecue grill, fire pit and outdoor sitting). Billiards, game console and arcades in the game room on the 1st floor. Pet friendly. We are looking forward to hosting you in our specious house!

The house was nice and spacious and had all the things to do from the hot tub, fire pit, pool, darts, ect. A nice place to gather with family and friends.

The house was great. No issues whatsoever. Big bass community are rude as soon as they find out your are a guest and not owner. You have to use a gate entrance and not the roads that let you pass through the community. You have to leave the community and drive outside to go to a different spot. You have to pay extra to use some of their facilities. (Outdoor pool tennis equipment.If you are not an owner you can use the gym at all. Monday Tuesday and Wednesday no one as guest can make reservations or use anything. For as much as we paid for the house all the facilities should be open to the guest. Would I recommend the house yes. To stay in the community No we will not be going back to that community

Guests/renters are able to use the amenities with the purchase of wristbands. It is the standard practice for any guest or renter. Kayak rentals are every Thursday through Sunday. We offer short term renters temporary gate cards to get in through the William’s Gate, so they do not have to go around to the Main Gate. All this information is communicated to the guests when they come into the Admin Office and inquire. Also I mentioned on the listing that you have to purchase the wristbands to use the amenities. Its $8 per person per day , and $10 on the weekends.

Property is not in great condition

Not maintained well there was no water pressure in first floor bathroom. Chinaware is very limited. Cookware is very low quality non stick coating is coming off on most of them ..ladles are old and nothing is in steel ! Bedding is so low quality not even cotton. I wouldn’t recommend paying such high charge for this kind of quality

Half of the product that you see in USA made in China. About the Chinaware , we did provide 12 of each because we are not allowed to have more than 12 person in the house . About the cookware, my cleaning guys complained that house smells really bad like never before . Something you cooked I guess skils are need . we opened all of the windows to air it out.. also you left my house with a lot of trash. Pretty dirty house today. That what cleaning lady said to me . Wish you Happy New Year

It’s a private community, extremely quite and close to the nature. Perfect getaway from the big city. However it has a lot of entertainments in the area so you never get bored, such as pool, tennis court, lake beach, hiking trails, big shopping areas, spa and many more.

What makes this property unique

It has plenty of outdoor space, where you can enjoy the nature, make fire in the fire pit or barbecue on the grill. Also the 1st floor offers a game space with billiards, game console and arcades, lots of fun for the whole family or group of friends ! The house itself is extremely cozy but has all the modern amenities to make your retreat comfortable.
