Fire Island Pines home with expansive ocean views and heated pool. Main floor living area is open plan with air conditioning/heat, wine fridge, updated kitchen, and powder room. Two bedrooms upstairs each with ensuite baths, sliding glass doors open to top deck. Both rooms have air conditioning and heat. Pool cabana room on ground level with two twin beds on king bed platform. Only 1 minute walk to Ozone beach access. Outdoor shower on pool level and 1/2 bath on main level. Only a seven minute walk to the harbor. High speed internet for working remote. Beach towels and amenities provided.

Our group loved our stay at Sean’s house. He was always available to answer questions through VRBO and Carlos was always accessible to help with any on-site questions. The pool was one of the best parts of a stay!

Gorgeous house with an amazing pool and deck outside to enjoy the weather. Bedrooms are super comfortable with wonderful amenities, plenty of towels and comforts to hand in the house. Kitchen is fantastic and living room very comfortable. We absolutely loved it so much and are so grateful to Carlos the property manager for amazing communication.

The house was clean, tastefully decorated and well-appointed. The house is one row of houses away from the beach so beach access was wonderfully easy, Our host was very communicative prior to our arrival and the property rep was there to greet us when we arrived. Most everything worked well in the house - sound system, grill, stove, oven, appliances. However, the hot water was anemic thoughout the house, particularly in the kitchen where it was almost nonexistent. Also the ice maker in the refirgerator was not working (the property rep brought over a bag of ice). The wood stairs and deck throughout the exterior of the house needs to be replaced. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would return to this property. Unfortunately however, an approaching storm forced us to leave the house/island two days and two nights prior to our scheduled departure. This amounted to half of our stay. We were not offered a partial refund or a credit (partial or otherwise) towards a future stay at the house. Given that we did not get the benefit of over 2500 of our rental, either would have been appreciated.
