About this property

This Hilton Head beach condo has expansive ocean, lagoon and tropical garden views!

Well decorated and located on the 1st floor for easy access, this villa comfortably sleeps five. The kitchen has updated cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and comes fully-stocked with everything you'll need to cook a meal for the family. The dining area seats six. The living room has new furniture that focuses on a beach contemporary theme, HDTV and large slider to your private balcony overlooking the beautiful grounds, lagoon and ocean! The kitchen, dining and living rooms all have new wood flooring.

The main bedroom features a King bed with updated bedding and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom was just updated with a new tub and tiled shower combination. The delta finishes are high-end with rain shower head and separate detachable shower head. The second bedroom offers a Queen and a twin with updated bedding. The bathroom also features a tub and shower combination and granite vanity.

The Barrington complex has a large community pool, hot tub and playground. The beautiful boardwalk over the dunes takes you straight out to the beach.

***4/5/24 – The pool and pool deck are open. The pool leak repair has been postponed and a future closure date has not been determined. The spa/hot tub will remain closed until repairs and approvals are completed – estimated open date Late May, 2024***

Wonderful stay in Palmetto Dunes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our condo in the Barrington Court Building ocean front. The condo has great views of the pool area and the beach even though we were on the first floor. Parking is convenient. The condo was very clean and the bathrooms were newly remodeled and nice. Hope to stay there again!

Great location- close to the beach and pool!

Our children are ages 4, 3 and 1. We only wish the access to the beach included a ramp instead of stairs.... It was cumbersome to haul all of our things up and down steps: stroller or wagon, cooler, kids...

Lagoon Views

Nice property and it was accurate to the listing. The animals in the lagoon make a lot of noise so pack your sound machines. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay. The beach and pool were easy to access and we enjoyed seeing all the different wildlife.
