Beautiful oceanfront condo community located steps away from Coligny Circle on the southern end of Hilton Head Island close to bicycle paths, golf, tennis, shopping and many fine restaurants. Our condo is completely equipped with all the amenities of home including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, towels, beach towels, dishes and utensils, pots and pans, microwave, iron, coffee makers (both Keurig and auto drip), blender, crockpot, and dishwasher just to name a few. Two bathrooms have tiled walk-in showers, the third bathroom has a tub/shower combination and all the bathrooms have granite countertops as well as the kitchen.
Two bedrooms have king sized beds and the third has two double beds. One of the king bedrooms also has a single size futon. We have premium mattresses and bedding for a great nights sleep.
Our unit is just around the corner from the elevators. The ride from the third-floor opens to the pool area and beach showers. A short walk from the pool down the beach access will bring you to the beautiful Atlantic ocean.
The Ocean One complex is one of the most desired locations on the island. It is directly on the beach although our unit does not face the ocean. There are three gas grills installed on a corner of the lawn area for all visitors to use. The pool is heated for swimming during the chilly days and evenings. There are also several fire pits for relaxing during the colder months.

If you are looking for a condo on the beach and close to shopping and restaurants, this is it. I don’t think you could get any closer to the beach and Coligny is only a few minutes walk down the sidewalk. I would definitely stay here again!
Very nice property. Comfortable beds, good showers, nice appliances, good Wi-Fi. Good location and great beach. Easy access to beach and shops and restaurants. Lighting in kitchen could be better. Everything else was good!
This is our 4th time staying in this unit and it has meet all of our expectations. Cleanliness, comfort and location. Dawn is a great host and makes sure everything is to your expectations.
We had a great experience with Dawn and her condo! Description and photos of condo were very accurate (it even felt larger than photos portrayed!), location to the beach made the trips each morning with kids a breeze, and Dawn was a great host. She was very responsive to any questions and helped make our stay enjoyable! I highly recommend and look forward to future stays here!

This is a lovely property. Dawn, the host was great and very quick to respond. The unit was clean, the appliances are new and it had everything we wanted and needed. While the unit doesn't have a beachfront view, it has wonderful balconies and is super close to the beach, and is within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and bars. I definitely give it a 5 out of 5.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Unit is as described and the location is perfect for us. The property owner association have recently added a great patio near the pool which we were able to enjoy. We hope to stay again in the future.
Our condo was a very beautifully appointed and super clean place to enjoy our vacation. The only drawback was that all 3 bathrooms were VERY small. The master bathroom could only accommodate one person at a time.
Everything our family could possibly need was there, clean, and in good repair. Pool was fabulous— clean and deep. Property was exceptionally well cared for ALL communication was done with an actual person who was always pleasant and helpful.
What a perfect vacation! The condo had all the comforts of home, easy access to the beach, and shops nearby. Dawn went above and beyond with checking to see if we had everything and liked the place along with tips and suggestions on bike rentals and restaurants. It was such a stress free vacation, thanks to her!

Don’t be fooled
The unit was very dirty. Pictures of the furniture do not represent what’s actually in the unit. Very old, stained & dirty. The main light in the kitchen was not working, property manager stated it could not be fixed until the day after we checked in. Blood stains found on pillows, towels were stained and old. AC stopped working and had to be repaired the following day. Pool was closed one day due to vomit the night before. Outdoor walkways very dirty and filled with dead insects. Would not rent again. Very disappointing - owner was made aware of our concerns and stated they would discount our rental cost. 2 months later and nothing.

We are very sorry to hear your stay did not meet expectations. However, I feel I must address your issues with our condo. First, you arrived three hours before our stated check in without letting me know ahead of time, so the unit was in the process of being cleaned from the previous guest. That is a violation of my house rules. After you messaged me about the kitchen light and picture, I immediately called my housekeeper who said she would have everything repaired the following day, which she did. When the air conditioning went out, we immediately called our hvac company and they came out the next morning and had it repaired. After these initial issues, we repeatedly touched base with you to make sure everything was to your liking. I take great pride in this condo as it was my fathers, and I am blessed to now own it. Every picture on our listing is accurate. I work very hard to replace items as they become worn and have the unit deep cleaned twice a year. Ocean One is a complex of 89 units so we cannot stop what other guests do on common property and therefore have no control of the pool having to occasionally close. This property is also located in the low country of South Carolina where palmetto bugs roam free. The Ocean One regime and grounds keepers work every day to keep the hallways and common areas looking nice and the complex has monthly pest control. I am, and will always be, committed to providing exceptional service to our guests and wish you well in your future travel.
The condo was very nice & well-furnished. The owner was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. WE loved the place and would love to stay there in the future!
Once again this place was perfect for us! Very clean, spacious, and such an easy walk to the beach. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the property owner, Dawn, was fantastic to work with. We will continue to check this property for availability for our future trips to the island. The location is close to shopping, groceries, and food. The only negative this year was the large crowd on the beach, but that did not take away from how much we loved the condo.
Excellent unit, owner is super responsive to all my questions. So much so that I felt like I knew her personally. The unit was spacious for the 6 of us, beds and pillows are really comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need to make your meals. The porch had enough chairs for all of us to sit outside and talk about our day. This unit is probably the best one I’ve stayed in on HHI. We loved it so much that we’ll be back again next year. Thank you Dawn and family!!
We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The condo could use the screen replaced in the sliding screen doors and doors were hard to open. The condo was great for our family.
