Overall, the stay was great. However, the ceiling from an above apartment began to leak water, but the host was very active to respond to the maintenance crew. The maintenance crew assisted with the problem, and we are able to enjoy our stay.

Great getaway!

Everything you could ask for and more! The condo was very clean & the kitchen well-equipped. Very Quiet, convenient location to the beach & quick car ride to town & restaurants. Tons of beach toys, beach chairs & a wagon to carry everything to the beach. Staff very polite & responsive. Parking was no problem & we had 2 cars. Check in & out was very easy. Truly enjoyed our stay!

I would have given 5 stars because the place was spacious, comfortable, good location and clean. Pool was nice as well. But I took off a star because we found 3 dead roaches on arrival. I'm guessing they had recently treated for insects, and realize that Port A is going to have bugs. But because I have a huge fear of them, I was paranoid the whole time I was there. Still would consider going back.

First time to Port Aransas area

Very roomy and cozy beach decor throughout condo. Well done with lovely dining room table and chairs. Only problem was we had to purchase 2 new frying pans as the ones left were quite beatup. Bed mattresses sink too much and might need replacement soon but overall excellent place!! Very clean condo, much appreciated the 5 nights. Highly recommend, short walk to gulf too!! Thanks Jonathan and Rhonda

we really enjoyed our entire stay here, we got held up in ferry line so we arrived after the office had closed but they left a lock box on the door and texted us the code for easy entry which we appreciated. the location is amazing! right on the beach with a walkway. be sure to bring extra blankets bc there’s none in the closets here and the bedding is just thin sheets so we got cold! it was very clean and spacious and had beach chairs and toys on the balcony. loading and unloading area by the elevator is really convenient. overall amazing!

The condo was filthy. There was a strange foul smell. Floors were disgustingly dirty and the kitchen was a greasy and dirty mess. My grandsons feet were completely black after toddling around. Website claimed we could rent umbrellas for 5 a day which was untrue. The pool and furniture needed serious updates. Junk was on the patio. Bird feces everywhere, you could not sit down on benches because of the bird droppings. Drapes were not properly hung. Website claims beachfront but that’s misrepresented. People on beach that were obviously locals so that wasn’t monitored. It was a huge disappointment.
