Welcome to The Beach Club at Pearl Street—nine updated 1BR condos just 140 ft from the beach in the heart of Beach Haven, offering short-term rentals. Each unit includes a king bed, full bath, full kitchen, pull-out sofa, oceanview patio, AC, and parking. 2 beach badges included. Walk to bars, restaurants & shops. We provide linens, towels, hand soap, paper towels, dishwasher pods, hairdryer, and iron. No toiletries, beach gear, washer/dryer, or daily cleaning.

Weekend get away

My husband and I stayed here for a nice little weekend getaway. The condo was very cleans, easy check in process. All information was left on the table for easy access. Would stay here again!

The place is just okay. Shower curtain moldy on bottom and in the shower. Hard to watch tv. Tv on side of couch so have to turn to watch. It does show like that on the webpage, but I didnt realize u have to turn sideways to view.

We appreciate all feedback, and it is always tough to respond as we want to respect any guest and their experience/expectations. Most reviews are great as it helps us continuously improve and encourage anyone reading this review to look at all of our reviews. We also know that we can't make everyone happy, but we try! The TV is approximately 10 lbs and on a swivel - most would just move the TV to where they wanted. I also want to note that in 20 years and roughly 10,000 stays we have never received a review on the location of the tv. We change our curtains monthly and actually replaced the shower curtain immediately before this stay. Lastly and most importantly, we communicate at 100% and immediately. If the guest had mentioned any issues like the TV or shower curtain - we would have resolved it immediately. This customer never once reached out to us...but was able to give this review.
