About this property

Beautiful open floor plan with stunning lake views! Five bedrooms (four with one queen bed in each, one with two sets of twin bunk beds); also a queen sleeper sofa in the basement movie room and two futons in the upstairs bonus room. Four and one half baths. Large main-level kitchen with plenty of cabinet and counter space and table for six; adjacent dining room seats ten. Located on Lake Norman just north of Mooresville, NC in a quiet neighborhood area off the main channel. This property has all of the extras with space for everyone to feel comfortable while enjoying their stay.

Fully finished basement includes ping pong and foosball table along with a dart board, movie room, and a kitchen area with refrigerator, ice maker, and dishwasher. This incredible space just keeps on going opening onto an expansive outdoor area with a fire pit, hot tub, and large, level yard. Patio area also includes a grill surrounded by a granite top bar with seating for eight. Fourth floor is an open, finished space with beautiful lake views and plenty of room for your air mattresses or sleeping bags.

Lovely Stay on Lake Norman

Great home to host our extended family reunion. We really appreciated the large kitchen and basement play area/movie room - all large enough for our group to gather in. Outside hot tube was great for little kids and adults alike. Easy access to the lake and excellent communication with host throughout. Would recommend!

Family Reunion

Kirks home on the lake was just perfect! We had 3 families plus all off our lake toys. Kirk met us at the house to give us a tour and then it was vacation time. The dock was perfect because we had jet skis with tubes and a few fishermen took advantage of fishing from the dock! Plenty of indoor space for sleeping and just chilling! Loved the full 2 kitchens! In the evenings we took advantage of using the fire pit outside and hot tub after a hard day of playing in the lake. Thank you Kirk for the use of your spacious lake house! We have lots of lake memories for our families to share!

Quiet, peaceful get away for a family reunion

This property is spectacular and has all the trimmings needed for an awesome stay. Great indoor and outdoor spaces, enough room for everyone. We loved cooking in the spacious kitchen and convenient to the grocery store. Plenty of room for family dinners. Having all the linens provided was super convenient for those of us flying in from out of state. We played games, had epic ping pong battles, set up lawn games, and rented a pontoon boat from a nearby service who dropped off the boat and picked it up from our dock. The house is on a beautiful and quiet part of the lake. Perfect for kayaks or paddle boards. The house was only an hour from Charlotte airport. We had the best week! We look forward to another visit to Lake Norman!

Perfect for Everyone!

The pictures on VRBO do not do this house justice. It is so open, bright and spacious and with 16 people we did not feel cramped in the least. This property has everything to make the most of a sunny day on the lake or a rainy day inside. We had zero issues, but the owner was quick to respond to all of our general questions. We 100% would return for another perfect week on the lake!
