About this property

This charming 4 bedroom lake house on beautiful Lake Norman sleeps 12 comfortably and is located off Brawley School Rd in Mooresville,NC and has all the comfort of your own home at the lake.
We have a fully stocked kitchen with a double oven,2 refrigerators,
and 2 large gathering tables to use for eating or setting up a buffet as well as large
Round table with lazy Suzanne in the game room that could be used for eating or a buffet set up as well.
The bedrooms are a master suite on the main floor with a king size bed and full bathroom double sinks and garden tub and shower.
Laundry and full size bed are on main floor as well with another full bathroom in the hall across from these downstairs bedrooms.
Upstairs there are 2 more oversized bedrooms 1 with 2queens and 1 twin the other with 1 queen and a twin. There is a full bathroom between these bedrooms.
Covered boat slip for your boat or you can rent one from our local marinas and have them deliver to you here and pick up when you’re done. (Most require 3 day rental for drop off or overy night service)

We are not the newest home but we have made great strides to be the most comfortable home in Lake Norman!
We love renting homes for vacation and have arrived to provide in ours what we have wanted and needed when we have rented homes from others.
This is an unexpected and new adventure for us as we thought this was our forever home when we bought it in 2018.
A job relocation has made this our unintended vacation home to rent to you!

Great house for relaxing and playing

The house was everything we expected it to be. 8 adults for 3 days and it was perfect. Everything you need is there. And the host was pretty amazing, check in was easy and she even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going good. We definitely will be renting next summer.

Great time at the lake

Clean comfortable home. Great location and attentive hosts. The dock out back and swimming in the lake made for a great vacation with our family!

Lake life

My family had the best time at Norman Lake. The house was better than described. The most well stocked house we’ve ever rented. Everything we needed was there. The location was private and perfect. The kids loved the water toys, the treats Julie left, and the comfy beds. Julie was very communicative before and during our stay and even checked in a few times to make sure we didn’t need anything. Would definitely stay here again and most definitely rent from Julie again!

Quiet and spacious home on Lake Norman

Had a terrific stay on Lake Norman with the family. This house is great for a larger family or group. House was stocked with plenty of towels for swimming/boating, had a very nice assortment of snacks and s'mores for a campfire. The outdoor porch overlooking the the cove is HUGE! Enjoyed many coffees and meals out there. The yard is also very large, ltos of room for cornhole/frisbee/etc. Tons of wildlife to watch throughout the day also. Loved how quiet this area is on weekdays (not sure about weekends as we stayed Mon-Fri). The large dock also has a great seating area right on the water, Covered dock fit our rented pontoon boat for the week. So easy to come and go through out the day. Would highly recommend this property!
