This beautiful Mediterranean 5 stars villa with swimming pool is located in the village of Sumber, on the east side of the Istria. It is about 15 minute drive away from the tourist town Rabac, which is known for the most beautiful beaches and crystal clear water in this area. The interiors are furnished with modern furniture and offer full comfort during your stay. It is also an ideal place for a relaxing holiday in green atmosphere. Enjoy sunbathing on the covered terrace and a refresh you in the pool. At guest’s disposal are various additional facilities like billiards, darts, sauna, fitness equipment, whirlpool tub and bicycles. In the village there are producers of homemade cheese and other local products. Visit the old town of Labin, in which there are many summer events, 30 minute to the Opatija and 35 km to the Amfiteatar in Pula. Aquapark Istralandia is 40 min away from house.

Quite place

Beautiful house with beautiful garden. Great for barbeque and enjoying the pool. For food you have to drive to the next village. The location is very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped.

Das Haus entspricht auf jeden Fall den guten Bildern, die Ausstattung ist super, vom Kochlöffel bis zur Saune ist alles drin. Der Pool kam bei unseren Kindern besonders gut an, er ist wirklich groß. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich (wir wurden mit einer großen Gemüse/Wurstplatte begrüßt) und helfen bei allen Fragen/Problemen so schnell wie möglich. Bei einem Gewitter ging die Spülmaschine und die Waschmaschine kaputt, beides wurde umgehend repariert bzw. getauscht. Wir können das Haus auf jeden weiterempfehlen!

Super Familienurlaub mit Freunden

Wir haben das Haus für 10 Tage gemietet. 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen (Rundgang, Essen und trinken), die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat alles was das Herz begehrt und sieht genauso aus wie in der Beschreibung. Es war ein sehr erholsamer und schöner Urlaub in Istrien. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und können es nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank an Jasna und Damir für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub! :-D

Tolle 14 Tage in Sumber

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Sumber. Unser Ziel war es in einem schönen Ambiente mit Pool und gutem Wetter einfach zu entspannen, was wir auch problemlos umsetzen konnten. Gute Raumaufteilung gerade auch für Familien mit vielen Kindern sehr geeignet. Der Fitnessraum hat meiner Frau sehr gut gefallen und wurde täglich genutzt. Schöne Städtchen wir Labin, Rabac sind in 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto einfach erreichbar, Pula ist ca. 45 Min. entfernt, wobei auch diese Fahrt einen guten Eindruck von Istrien vermittelt. Das Haus ist groß und neuwertig. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und auch bei Rückfragen kurzfristig erreichbar und reagiert sehr schnell. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, sind sehr gut erholt und danken Jasna Kero sehr. Viele Grüße Familie Brod/Böhm

Heerlijk ruim, modern, schoon en comfortabel huis!

We hebben hier met twee gezinnen een zalige ontspannen vakantie van twee weken gehad. Gastvrij ontvangen door Damir met een heerlijke lunch en uitgebreide rondleiding door het huis. Het huis blijft heerlijk koel door de goed afsluitbare jaloezieramen en -deuren. En met airco in het hele huis en alle slaapkamers is de hitte helemaal goed buiten te houden. Bij iedere slaapkamer zit een keurige badkamer met een heerlijke douche. De fitnessruimte beneden was voor ons wat overbodig (we zijn nogal lui), maar de andere faciliteiten zoals de jacuzzi, pooltafel, tafeltennistafel en natuurlijk het zwembad zijn met veel plezier gebruikt. Ook veel ruimte rondom het huis en absolute privacy. Op 500 meter afstand is een kleine supermarkt waar je lopend of fietsend brood voor het ontbijt kunt halen. Voor grotere supermarkten en prima restaurants zul je ongeveer een kwartier moeten rijden met de auto. Werkelijk geen punt van kritiek te noemen. Hier kun je echt met een gerust hart naar toe! Nou vooruit, als we dan toch een klein verbeterpuntje moeten noemen: wat extra kopjes, glazen en wijnglazen zou handig kunnen zijn.

Great holiday!

We had the most friendly welcome when we arrived at the villa. The owner took his time to show us around and explain everything there was to know. The house is fully equipped with everything you need and more: pool, lounge chairs, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness gear, mountain bikes, washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV + sound system, pool table, ... Every room was neat and clean when we arrived and there are ample kitchen supplies for a group of 8 people. We would love to return here someday as we enjoyed every moment of our stay!
