Black Bear Bend is a new build, modern cabin that sleeps 6 comfortably, perfectly positioned on the mountain and nestled in the oaks of the highly desirable SKY HARBOR Subdivision, just minutes from the Parkway of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin has all new furniture, an arcade game, basketball hoop, and high speed internet to keep you connected. The secluded patio is lit up at night, with rocking chairs, a brand new covered hot tub with privacy and mountain and wooded views.

The space
A beautiful, fresh and clean KING bed on main level, a smart TV, and full bathroom with a standup shower and washer and dryer! The living room has a QUEEN sleeper sofa, big screen smart TV, and Mortal Combat Arcade game for two players. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a Keurig and coffee bar. The upstairs has an equally lovely QUEEN bed, smart TV, and another full bathroom with a combined tub/shower! The secluded patio has a brand new covered hot tub with privacy and mountain and wooded views! All the comforts of home can be found in this immaculate cabin in the woods!

Other things to note
Black Bear Bend is in the mountains and guests will experience steep elevation approaching the cabin, 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive is highly recommended (especially in the winter months). Driveway parking (2-3 vehicles max) only. When entering the driveway be sure to come in at an angle to ensure a smooth drive up to the top of the driveway.

If I could give this a 10 star review I would. The cabin is so well appointed and has everything you need! Coffee, creamer, laundry detergent softner, shampoo conditioner. We just had to unpack our bags and relax. The hot tub was wonderful and there were even towels to use. The communication with the host was spot on. She was so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this perfect cabin. We will definitely be back!

Rachel was a phenomenal host! She welcomed us in advance with the projected weather for our stay and what to expect upon arrival. The cabin was spotless and perfect for our family of 4! We enjoyed the hot tub and TVs in all rooms! My oldest especially loved the basketball goal and the game system! We loved the open floor plan and the house smelled amazing! (I wish I knew where to find that diffuser scent!) check out was minimal and a breeze!We also loved the location of this cabin- we were minutes from everything. We were able to do more on this trip than in year’s past because of its convenient location. It’s rare to have that convenience and still have the privacy of the mountains. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Cabin was new, clean, and in a convenient location. Had wonderful communication with the host which allowed for a smooth check-in and check-out. I would stay here again and would definately recommend to friends and family. The only negative is the VERY steep driveway, but there is not much that could be done....cabin is in the mountains! However, I would encourage guests to arrive during daylight hours to ensure safe travel and parking.

This cabin is perfectly situated on the mountain with a wooded serene backdrop. The neighborhood is not busy and it is 10 minutes from anything you want to do in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, Tennessee!

This cabin is new construction and everything in it is brand new, from the furniture, to hot tub, arcade game, dishes, sheets, everything is brand new!
