Escape the everyday in our "Lancaster Park Model" cabin in picturesque Spring City—idyllically situated amidst the woods and just a one-minute walk from Watts Bar Lake.

Featuring a cozy bedroom, a sleeping loft, and two bunk beds for children, the cabin offers our guests a place where they can feel completely at ease and truly unwind. Inside, you will find a well-equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom stocked with all the essentials—ideal for couples, small families, or friends.

Outdoors, a covered terrace with seating, a fire pit, and a private Finnish sauna—exclusively for your use—invite you to linger; an outdoor shower also provides a refreshing cool-down on hot nights or after a sauna session.

Should you need them, a washer and dryer—along with additional storage space for your luggage—are available in a separate small outbuilding. Outside, you are completely surrounded by forest—a setting where deer are frequent visitors. Sit back, relax, and enjoy everything that Spring City and our woodland cabin have to offer.

Please note that the access road is somewhat steep and uneven in places; a vehicle with all-wheel drive is therefore recommended. We are happy to assist you should you have any questions!

This cabin was the perfect getaway hideaway retreat you could ask for. The cabin is very clean and cozy. The communication with the host was outstanding as well and made us feel right at home.

Cute Cabin

Super cute and clean tiny house. Monika was very responsive and helpful. The only issue we had was the drive in. The roadway is very steep, but Monika does a great job letting you know about it and telling you how to navigate it. Will stay again.

Amazing property

Our stay was great. Monika, the host was so sweet and great to work with. We did have a few incidents that were out of their control but were there at the property within minutes trying to fix our situations. The driveway was a bit steeper than what I was expecting but she gave awesome instructions on how to navigate it. Would definitely stay there again! The property was very very clean and wish we had more time to just enjoy sitting outside.

Girls hunting weekend. Clean spacious tiny cabin. Comfy beds! Robes for friend sized sauna. Gorgeous wooded wonderland. Would recommend AWD vehicle for driveway/roads in case weather gets bad

Highly recommend

We loved the little cabin, the kids stayed up in the loft even though there was bunk beds. The mini splits worked great to cool down the cabin. Starlink was great to have in that area and having two TVs was nice as well. It comes with a full kitchen and the place was spotless and well stocked with necessities. It's in a cool secluded area where the animals feel free to roam( saw lots of deer). I will warn that getting up the driveway is rough even for an suv but overall worth it. Would stay again.

We were visiting a friend on that lives on the lake. He didn’t have enough room for us to crash at his place. This was a great find. Kind of a scary drive up the hill. Would probably not have made it if it were raining, but we followed instructions and got up just fine.

Our stay was simply amazing. The cabin is beautiful, super clean and has everything you need besides food available. We saw two deer, a few turkeys, many birds and the peace and quiet of the property was something simply a "Zen" experience. Our Hostess was always available and gave us a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our 40th wedding Anniversary. We plan to attend again next year making this an annual event. It will be well worth your time. I highly recommend. As far as the driveway in other comments, the first time was maybe an experience but after that it was nothing and we didn't have to use 4 wheel drive. We walked the drive three times a day which added to our fitness schedule as we enter our late 60's early 70's. It wasn't that bad. Take the time and book today, you wont regret it.
