Nahil is an ultra modern beachfront condo complex that was completed in January 2016. You are within walking distance to arguably the best beach bars and restaurants in all of Akumal. Nahil is a chic modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo situated on Akumal's Half Moon Bay. It offers million dollar views from every room and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, private balconies overlooking the Caribbean and jungle, and is only steps away from the pool and beach.

At Nahil you get to enjoy a semi-private beach, a swimming pool, and access to some of the clearest, liveliest waters for snorkeling and/or diving. The next bay over is Akumal Bay, famous for its sea turtles that you can swim with all year round.

Living Space:

Large living area with a comfortable sectional couch and a flat screen smart TV.
Dining and bar space for 10 people.
Outdoor dining table for 6 as well as comfortable beach view seating.
Kitchen with all the modern amenities.
Includes a large refrigerator and freezer, gas burning stove and oven, a coffee maker, and fully appointed kitchen for cooking.


Bedrooms:

Each bedroom has a comfortable king size bed.
Each bedroom has either a Jungle or ocean view with a patio.
There are twin bunk beds plus a trundle in the large 3rd bedroom to accommodate children.
Flat screen, smart TV's in the bedrooms.
Bunkbed room has Playstation for kid to watch DVDs or play games
Each Bedroom has its own bathroom & shower.

My family and I just got back from a wonderful 5-night stay in Nahil 5. It was our second time staying in this particular unit (and 4th time staying at the property). This condo is my favorite - clean, nicely furnished, amazing 3rd floor views, assortment of beach/snorkel gear provided, and a great host. If you like snorkeling this place can’t be beat - walk straight out into the calm bay in front of you or walk a few blocks behind to Yal Ku Cenote. A truly wonderful place.

Relaxing and peaceful!

The space was more than ample for our family of 4. We used all 3 bedrooms, so our 2 teens (1 boy, 1 girl) could have their own retreats to themselves. Having 3 bathrooms was so nice too. It would also be great for much bigger or extended families, or 3 couples. It was pristinely clean while at the same time being cozy and super comfortable. We felt very much at home the whole time. The daily housekeeping was a lovely bonus. The VIEW is just spectacular and so is the steady breeze at all hours of the day. The setting is so peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We did a lot of lounging and slept well each night. Lots of walkable restaurants and other conveniences on the road. Parking at the condo was super easy too. The only drawback (that we got used to) was the low pressure and barely luke warm water for showers. Not sure what can be done, perhaps it's just a quirk of the building/area. The temperature and pressure still did not outweigh our VERY positive experience. What a special place, thank you so much to Marc! We would love to come back!

Exceeded Expectations

The condo is located right on the beach, with breathtaking views of the ocean, via a huge balcony. The pool on site is perfect for swimming or lounging, and the staff maintain the grounds perfectly. I was expecting to relax, but I did not realize how much the hosts anticipated our every need. Snorkeling gear, towels, games, movies and more - we never had to worry about anything. My husband and I said “shoot, we forgot binoculars,” and our son said “oh, they have some here!” It is very kid-friendly, especially the one bedroom with the bunk bed. We slept 3 kids and a teen in there, and it was perfectly comfortable. The other two bedrooms were private, with their own bathrooms and very comfortable beds. There is some fantastic snorkeling right outside the building, and Yal Ku is a very short walk away. Akumal itself has dozens of delicious restaurants, all of which have options for those with gluten allergies. Lots of tours to book and a million things to do. The condo, though, was the best part of the trip. Comfortable, with maid service, absolutely divine views and laid out socially so we could play games easily. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, and we felt like we were “part of the family”. I hope to go back again, perhaps with friends or family. Gorgeous and Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The condo is so nicely done and had everything we needed to start our vacation. The location is great! Very close to Akumal Bay where we swam with the turtles and had an amazing lunch beach side. Our favorite restaurant was Buena Vida right down the street from the condo. Great drinks and prices as well! Loved spending time at the beach at the condo as well, we had the pool mostly to ourselves and enjoyed our sun time and snorkeling there too! Would definently go back!

Absolutely beautiful property with scenic views from every bedroom!

Home is gorgeous, marble floors throughout and every bedroom has its own private bath. Large deck overlooking the pool and Caribbean Sea, which is a great spot to enjoy an outdoor massage for two! Quiet area with great affordable restaurants, my favorite being La Buena Vida! The owners ensure you are treated like royalty, making sure the property manager helps with all of your reservations to see the sights in Akumal! We can't wait to go again! I highly recommend this property...you won't regret it!!

The Most Beautiful and Relaxing spot in Akumal!

This was one of my favorite places I have ever stayed and I have traveled quite a bit! It was beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. I loved that every room has a very comfortable king sized bed and each room has their own bathroom. It is perfect for 3 couples, family or even for a girls trip! The view is absolutely incredible. This condo is beautifully decorated and the furniture is so comfortable you feel as if you are at home.The pool and beach areas are most enjoyable because there is no beach traffic! The location is perfect... I loved this place so much I have already booked for another weekend this summer! You will not be disappointed when you stay here!

A little piece of paradise

Nail 5 has absolutely everything we wanted in a vacation home. Each of the three bedrooms had a private balcony, kingsize bed and bath which was important to the three couples vacationing together. And while we were looking for beachfront property, we liked the fact that this condo was brand new and offered luxuries like air-conditioning that could be adjusted to accommodate each couple. We were just steps away from the private pool, lounging on the beach or snorkeling in the ocean. We loved having the large refrigerator and a well equipped kitchen so we had the option of dining in or eating out. After fun days of exploring all that Akumal has to offer, our group especially loved relaxing on our private balcony each evening enjoying the moonlight and soft breezes overlooking Half Moon Bay. What a convenience it was to stay so close to the many diverse restaurants. You could almost walk (many people did) to any cuisine imaginable. We only had six days and wished we had planned for more. The condo was more beautiful & luxurious than we ever expected. We were in absolute awe.

The property was well maintained, very clean and modern. The management staff was very helpful with our every need. They even stayed late to meet us with the key when we arrived. The beach was beautiful, the pool was refreshing & clean. The gardens of the condo were lush, green, and a welcome change from the Wisconsin winter. Local restaurants were fantastic and reasonable. There were plenty of things to do, like shopping or local excursions. We enjoyed the beauty of the ocean, the lovely ocean breeze, and the freedom to be absolutely relaxed. The condo itself was furnished and decorated beautifully. We felt like we were in the lap of luxury the whole time. We are anxious to plan a longer stay next year.

Casey and I love to travel the world. We made our first trip to Akumal 17 years ago and feel in love with it. It's diffinetly one of our favorite spots to visit which is why we decided to purchase the condo during the pre-construction phase.

Why they chose this property

We have seen very few changes and growth over the past 17 years we've been visiting Akumal. The federally protected mangroves surrounding Akumal has kept it from being over developed, which is why we love it so much. Nahil was built on one of the last few available empty lots and being situated on Half-Moon Bay means you're conveniently located to all the things that make Akumal, Akumal. Nahil 5 offers all the modern amenities one expects on vacation.
