Incredible waterfront property with expansive views of Lake Livingston. Serene lake views can be seen from all three decks. Game room and plenty of water toys to enjoy. There is something for everyone; fishing, swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, nights around the fire. Take a dip at the community pool. Enjoy the sunrise and sunsets from the private boat dock. Relax in the peaceful and quite surroundings and make lasting memories. Located in a gated community. Community boat ramp available.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return pool key to hook in kitchen
Patio door is best locked from within.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parties, events are not allowed. Includes, but not limited to, birthday, prom, graduation, bachelor, bachelorette parties. Eviction will occur.
Renter must be one of occupants entire term of stay. Renter responsible for all guest. Owner holds no liability for any injuries incurred.
Monitor all minors. No life guards at any time. Do not dive head first from the dock. Lost pool key is $50 charged by HOA. Follow all posted rules
