Easy check in, nice property.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The check in was a breeze. Location is close to restaurants and quick access to the highway to see the rest of Orlando. The house was equipped with everything needed to feel comfortable and have a good time. I would definitely book again in the future.

We had a great stay here. The house was clean and in great condition. It was easy getting in and out of the Reunion gate, close to restaurants and coffee shops, and close to I-4 to get to parks and other attractions. Quick drive to other great restaurants on US-27. Paul was very quick to respond to any questions. We had up to 6 adults and a baby, and we were all very comfortable. Short drive to community pools. We have already booked for next year.

Leadership Conference

This property was more than we expected. It was very clean and perfectly situated. We were able to access the conference venue within 17 minutes with little to no traffic each day.The internet service at this house is also remarkably fast.We will definitely book this house again.

We stayed at 7812 Somersworth Dr, Kissimmee, FL from September 2–7, 2026, and absolutely loved this home. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The property is stunning—beautifully decorated, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches that make it feel both luxurious and comfortable. Every room felt inviting, and you can tell real care went into creating a space where guests can truly relax.The kitchen was a standout feature. It had everything we needed to cook full meals without ever feeling like we were “making do” with limited supplies. Having all the essentials right at our fingertips made our stay feel even more like home.Paul was an exceptional host. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience. Any time we reached out, he replied quickly and with such a gracious attitude. His hospitality made a wonderful stay even better.If we could make one wish, it would be for an outdoor conversation patio set. The outdoor area is lovely, and having a comfortable seating setup would make it perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding in the evenings.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely return. This property is beautiful, well‑maintained, and hosted by someone who truly cares about his guests. Highly recommended.
